Beyond Juicery + Eatery — Restaurant in White Lake Charter Township

Our family had an exceptional experience here. The food was delicious, fresh, and nutritious. The selections were aplenty.

The juices were so fresh all of food that came out was top-notch.

The best part however came from the staff! The front desk gentlemen, Tabin, entertained our two small kids who always seem to insist on paying for food. The two kids are really big fans of beyond juicery and eatery. The gentleman at the front desk was very patient and at a really pleasant and genuine demeanor.

I then saw the same gentleman from the corner of my eye way outside in the snow a 20° walking across the street to pick up some garbage that had flown out of a vehicle that passed by. This really does show the morals and ethics of the folks who work here.

Also two other employees were here who we also had very good inactions with. Another gentleman had such a happy and pleasant demeanor our children were naturally pleased to see him. The woman in the back who made our food also was...

I was so excited to try beyond Juicery, but I’m very disappointed about my experience. The workers were very disrespectful and didn’t try to solve the problem. I ordered a smoothie bowl and when I ordered it the worker didn’t tell me it needed to be thawed out for an hour before eating so I got my bowl and it was so hard I couldn’t eat it, it was completely frozen so I told the worker and she said it’s because it needs to be thawed for an hour before eating but I didn’t have time to wait because I was going to work and I would have ordered something else if the menu said it needed to be thawed or if someone there told me. Very disappointed because the worker also said many people have been complaining about the same problem yet they have still made no change. Also the worker told me the bowls are pre made and come frozen why would I buy a pre made bowl From beyond Juicery for $13 when they sell the premade bowls at Kroger for three dollars. I don’t recommend...

We went tonight and waited 40 minutes for two wraps and two juices. There was one person working and she was having to make all the food and juices, take orders and fulfill online orders. She was completely overwhelmed because people called in on their shift and no one was coming to help. We paid 50.00 for our food but because she was so overwhelmed ( understandably) we got the wrong order and we couldn't wait any longer for a nww one. This is a total failure on management/ owners....not the ONE staff member trying to work a busy shift...
