Dairy Queen (Treats and Cakes) — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

So ordering a large ice cream cone and I'm able to eat it before I even can make a left out of the light their portion quality sucks. One of the girls when I was taking my order the one that was making the cone head of Republican comment. It's not rocket science you don't need to say that the ice cream Cullen can't be made better in her words it's not going to be any different. It's your job to put ice cream in a cone it's not that complicated you can make a decent looking ice cream cone portion to the size that I have to pay for. Or during the pup cup that was ridiculously small I get my dogs small ice creams all the time. It was quite a disappointment going to this location. One of their employees has an open lerud mouth and I wish I caught her name but was extremely pessimistic you're working at an ice cream parlor.v. I would drive out of my way to go to a different location. So I've never written a review before I personally think the experience was just that bad. First review sorry it wasn't a nice onen.( sorry I did not take a picture for an example. Unfortunately I thought about it far too late.) ( yes but it's the yes but it's the girl that it has been serving ice cream and making the cones around 6:50 or so p.m. on Wednesday July 10th 2019. Personally I think that you need to replace that employee will retrain them to be a lot more polite because reading other reviews I'm sure it was probably the same person striking up all those bad reviews. It was horrible customer service to make the snide comment that was made. If you don't like your job go find one you can be happier in. You should take a customer asking for you to do something correctly so to heart if you're not doing your job correctly in the first place. I was completely disappointed honestly I've lost jobs over far unless you need to retrain or replace the person that's getting all of these complaints. Personally the quality of the ice cream in this location is also about as good as its staff it's not I'm not trying to complain about all of this. I did not meet everybody that works there that comment is particularly made at the girl with the rude comments. I would never go back to this location I would never go to this location it ever again two bad experiences I'm not going to give them a chance to give me a third bad experience at and ice cream store that's usually far...

The “Top”Experience at Dairy Queen The first thing we did when we got there was order.The young lady who called us up was acting smart about everything. I asked for lids for the banana split and blizzards ordered. Then, my daughter and I received our ice cream. She didn’t give us the lid for one of the ice creams because I didn’t want one. I asked for some for the other two ice creams I ordered.The cashier put down that we need lids. The giver of ice cream saw that my daughter was eating her ice cream, so I had to carry the already dripping two other ice creams, and she didn’t give me something to carry it in. I was very frustrated, so I forgot to be polite and use my manners, so the girl said “You’re welcome” in a rude voice. The voice struck me by surprise and I was silent. This was not an enjoyable experience. Although I didn’t have a pleasant nor enjoyable experience, I recommend going to another Dairy Queen because the ice cream...

All of our ice cream was practically melting before we sat down. Like their machines aren't working correctly. It isn't that hot out. My daughter got a small chocolate dipped cone and it came out looking like a runny blob. They handed it to me and said sorry I don't know I asked for a cup and spoon because it was melting everywhere. For the price wasn't really impressed with half melted ice cream.

Edited on 7/11/25: came tonight because my son got a free coupon for a blizzard for graduating 5th grade. This time the ice cream wasn't melted but my daughter found a hair in her blizzard. It's too bad that we got all the way home before finding it. At this point I'm never going to be returning to this...
