Starbucks — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

What crap show this was?. All I did was go in and try and buy with a gift card. Some coffee beans. There were two workers that were just standing there doing something and said that they were only taking online order so I couldn't buy the coffee beans there

So as I walk away to try to add my card to the app and try to order my beans through the app, a line of people started and they started to take orders

Within a minute and a half of telling me they can't

And then I asked how come it's working now and they told me I can go grab my beans. The beans were not there. So they just started taking everybody's walk-up orders.

They wanted me to go get the beans but they weren't in Starbucks It was somewhere in the back of the store.

Then it was handed to me with no words of I apologize or I'm sorry for the weight or anything. This was my first and only time using a Kroger Starbucks and I'll never ever...

This starbucks is always under staffed and the mobile orders always create a 10 minute wait. It's extremely irritating today because she says it's going to be about 10 minutes before I can even take another order because I got 14 mobile orders ahead of you. People constantly walk out of this store and the one person working alone is always stressed out. Why don't you just close the location. It's been like this for years and it's only...

Very understaffed, I ordered on the app before hand said 8-11 minutes I showed up 20 mins later and still waited 15 mins for my drink.
