Burger King — Restaurant in Comstock Charter Township

WORST BURGER KING I'VE EVER BEEN TO. DO NOT GO HERE. They REPEATEDLY mess everything up. I had the exact same experience as the reviewer Galesburg Resales below. Ordered food on the app. They charged my card. When I pulled up to the drive through 10min later (at like 8:34) there was no one even in the store. I came back two days later and they refused to give me my food, even after explaining what had happened. They told me to have corporate deal with it. I asked for the manager on duty's name and she refused to give it to me (probably because she didn't want her name in a review or for her boss to find out). This incident occured on 5/25/22. When I called corporate, they told me there was no record of my order, even though it was on my bank statement (wasn't pending btw, it actually went through). So then I asked to speak to Abu's supervisor and they tried giving me a run around about how that wouldn't be possible. Long story short, they tried to refund me a whole $2 after having to spend over 4 hours of my time with them. I will never visit this disgusting BK ever again. Several other times in the past, my fries and onion rings would always come out soggy or like they had been sitting under a warmer for over 5 hours. I encourage anyone reading this to avoid this Gull Road location like the plague. I honestly warned you. I will however be fair, and if they do somehow resolve this issue, I will update my review. It was a pretty good visit. We came in at about 545pm ish. Though we had to wait for fresh spicy chicken patties and fries, it was totally worth the wait. Not mad about it at all. I'm also happy they changed the menu pictures to more accurately show you what the tacos look like. A couple months back when the tacos came out the pictures looked so good I had to try one, and was seriously disappointed. This is actually my first time at a Burger King since the taco incident. Had the menu picture looked like it looks now, I never would've wasted my money trying one. What I'm not happy about from this visit is the quality of the cheesy tot bites. They were really old, like they always are..... in the middle of a dinner service.... get it together Burger King, you can't keep putting nice new things on the menu, then fail miserably at the execution time and time again. Arrived at 7:35 pm and the lobby was locked. Went through the drive thru and ordered a Big Fish sandwich only. From the time I ordered until I received my order it was 35 minutes! I find that disappointing. When I finally made it to the window to pay I handed Michael cash. He handed me my receipt, the bag and told me to enjoy. I looked at my receipt and noticed that Michael typed in an inaccurate Cash amount. I pointed out to him that I was supposed to receive change back. He smugly smirked and said, "I know." I continued to look at him with my hand held out for my change and finally received it. Why is this guy deliberately withholding cash change from customers? Seems illegal to me.
