minutes we came inside to check the list and were told we would be next. We brought our party of 7 in from outside and waited about 10 more minutes. We check in with the hostess to be told they had called our name and had moved on. They never came outside or acknowledged us. We were then told they weren’t sure when we’d have a table. When we said no one had heard them say our name she then proceeded to gossip with the other hostess about us at the front. When confronted she continued to be rude. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told that he couldn’t come out to the front. When we went to speak to him he immediately raised his voice and was combative regarding the hostess calling us twice. Being in the back he just went off whatever the hostess told him. He was very confrontational and then proceeded to tell my husband to calm down when he was the one raising his voice. The food can be great, but when the staff is disrespectful and unapologetic. I was tempted to do 4 stars so y'all wouldn't think I am a bot, but they earned every pointy tip of each star. You MUST get the biscuits. I am diabetic and they were well worth the spike in my sugar.

My waitress was on top of all of her tables and so warm and polite. This is a great place to have breakfast with the family, or as in my case have a party of one because your spouse is out of state for work. Sometimes you feel "wierd" eating by yourself, but the atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. For starters we got in there was no wait, It was a pretty loud environment but there were two really big families in there. Didn't take long for us to get our food and our server was nice however the food came out quickly and you could tell that it was not the greatest. My husband got the ultimate biscuits and gravy and I got the stuffed french toast. The French toast was considerably lacking in the flavor department You would expect a lot more flavor, The ultimate biscuits and gravy or good however the biscuits were very dried out and not fluffy and the chicken nuggets they put in it you can tell our air fried and Tyson brand.
