Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Comstock Charter Township

there dough and sauce has changed but they a got order wrong we ask for a pan pizza crust but the give us thin crust so we waited another 9 mintues than we order there chocolate chip cookie so we waited it took them 12 min and the seating rangement is poor six tables and everybody coming in was pickup also we will find another pizza place. (Update) went back there again after 1 1/2 to do carry out me and aunt split one, the crust was was pan and it looked like thin crust the pan and that not all they barely had any toppings on our pizza. It was very lightly on the toppings. We asked for bacon, ham and pepperoni, we only got pepperoni and ham no bacon. We would get three time the toppings at little Cesar than put on at Pizza Hut and I told the we was going to be there at 1 pm and it took them 10 additional minutes to complete our order. Most likely they sold our pizza to someone else (possibly) the manager and employees is very unprofessional at this Pizza Hut location.

They messed up my order and I am good on them forreal so I suggest no one to eat there don't waste your money forreal. And they also let criminals work there that take your card number down and do fraud and they do nothing about it because that happen to me one of the employees there that took my order and I used my credit card she took my card information down and over the phone and then after I ordered my stuff and got my food then she turns around and does fraud making hotel charges with card information she had from when I ordered my food I had to go through a lot to get my credit card back right and got a new card and number and reported fraud I told the boss at Pizza Hut about the situation but till this day I don't know if the owner/manager fire the girl that did that this happen November 5, 2024 in the wee hours around 1 or 2 AM in the morning. Ever since then I have not order anything from pizza hut please I warn just be careful don't use credit card use cash if you want to get some...

Ordered from the gull Rd location tonight. The meal deal box with a pizza cinnamon sticks and cheese bread, and the 2 orders of wings were cold and nasty. And the mini cinibons were not delivered. I called the store minutes after the driver left and told the girl on the phone that the cinibons were missing and the rest was stone cold and she wouldn't talk about the cold food and offered to send me a letter to redeem the cinibons at a later date. I said I needed them tonight and was told 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called to see where they were and the same girl said they were on their way but she had no idea when they left because they were with a dasher. I told her that if they were with a dasher I would have gotten a text she called me a liar. 10 minutes later they showed up in a pizza hut delivery car. The delivery address is about 10 min from the store
