Jeff and Katherine were a joy to work with. So very patient and kind, and helped us through many matte colors and frame choices to find the perfect combination that would show off a portrait we'd had done of our beloved Golden who had recently passed away. We were still heavily grieving her loss, and they were so understanding and we were able to meet their sweet furbabies. They even helped us pick out what we wanted for a future project. The quality and attention to detail is astonishing and the finished product was completed ahead of time. I sat in the car and cried at how beautiful it was. I can't recommend Allegro enough. I will definitely use Allegro Canvas and Frames again. I wanted to replace the frame around a large latch hook rug I created which pictured my son and grandson. The latch hook rug felled off the wall and the frame was destroyed. Jeff helped me select a new frame which looked better than the original one. He even suggested the best way to rehang it.
