Arc SportsCards — Local services in Concord

I visited Arc for the first time this afternoon and was incredibly impressed, and thankful for the time and knowledge the owner gave me. I am very new to the sports card hobby and had lots of "stupid" questions of which the owner answered for me in great detail without even a hint of judgement. He went above and beyond by asking me questions about what I am opening and what to be on the look out for. Most importantly his prices are MORE than fair. And prices are something even a noob can process/appreciate. From the boxes I could see, his prices were at least as low as those from reputable online sellers if not lower in some cases. I spent almost $200 first time walking in and got boxes I hadn't seen anywhere else for an AWESOME price. The only negative thing I can find about Arc is that it's just TOO CLOSE to my home, it's going to be IMPOSSIBLE for me to resist stopping in and buying more of his great product! I had a fantastic experience at Arc SportsCards in Concord, NH! We stopped in as walk-in customers and were immediately welcomed by Ryan, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. He took the time to help us even though we hadn’t scheduled anything in advance.

The shop has a great variety of cards, and Ryan’s knowledge of sports in general really stood out. He was super friendly, especially with kids, and made the whole visit enjoyable. The store itself is well-organized, with clean, easy-to-view displays that made browsing a breeze.

I really appreciated Ryan mentioning that we could reach out in the coming weeks to check on new inventory — it shows how much he cares about building relationships with his customers. I left with great vibes and will definitely be referring friends and family to Arc SportsCards. Can’t...

This store takes me back to my youth. While there is an excellent and plentiful section of wax product and single cards, the thing that struck me most about this place is the owner. He knows his customers and goes out of his way to make them feel welcomed. He reminds me of the owner of a store I used to hang out in as a kid. He allows his customer to rip in-store and share their great finds with him. He is also super fair with his trades. As a first-timer in this store, he didn't try to take advantage of me when we traded. He gave me more than a fair deal on what I traded with him.
