I always loved whites park since I was a little girl and when I had my son I've always carried on that tradition to bring him there since he was a baby . I remember when I was a little girl I would bring my skates and go in the skate house to get warm sitting near the fireplace having hot chocolate before going back out in the cold to go skating . It was always a favorite place for me to go in the winter and swimming in the summer and playing on the playground with some friends . I would also go there with my class mates as a field trip from school . Whites park is a very family friendly atmosphere for family's with children to go and an awsome place for Easter egg hunts . I love that place so much I sure hope it's like that with the new renovations they have made to that park to get the family's attracted to want to bring their family's of their own and make it a very loving fun place for people to meet people and the children wanting to play their as I did when I was little I hope they can carry that tradition and keep it going with family's from all generations and make it a fun place to go and to be . It's a...

Great park that kids can play for free. Restrooms are provided when an attendant is present. However, when one is not, there is a porta potty that had always been relatively clean when I've used it. A lot of parents bring their children here on a regular basis. Also Concord residents are allowed to use the water park on site for free which is great for residents, for non residents you are able to buy day passes or seasonal passes to be able to use the water park there which is great. I'm not sure what the pricing for the passes are but it is a possibility for anyone interested in wanting to use their water park on site. Also on site is a pond where people can go fishing and there are some picnic tables set up throughout the park for those who want to use them. There is also a couple park bencheslocatee through out he park, a tarred area that during the winter months I'm told is turned into an ice skating rink and there is also a book station where patrons can take and/or leave reading books for other patrons to enjoy...

Wonderful park located in downtown concord about 1/3 of a mile from main st. A favorite spot of mine growing up as they playground is built in such a way that it's perfect for don't touch the ground tag, or the floor is lava. Swings, slides, jungle gyms with a large basketball court and in the winter, a ice skating rink. Every winter you can come and see the local police and fire department challenge each other on the ice with a game of Hockey, or visit in the summer and bring your little ones to the splash pad, just recently build within the last few years. Whites park is a beautiful place for a picnic, a simple stroll, or to just read a book under a tree. *small note- there is also a leave a book take a book station located by the big swing set, built by the scouts( not sure if cub or boyscout) it is a great place to drop off a book your done reading and maybe pick up a...

Fantastic park in the heart of Concord, NH. This little park packs a lot of activity into a small area. Ballfield, tennis court, hockey rink, sledding hill, ice skating (Rentals available), short walking trail, a pond, micro library, playground and parking area. They also had a pool but some work is being done to it. In the warmer months a portable toilet can be found in the parking area. The part is pretty clean for an urban park. I like to stop here a lot and enjoy the pond while eating a snack and beverage. The park can be enjoyed in all four season.

I've enjoyed coming to this city park several times now. It offers a variety of features. There is a splash pad, children's play area, basketball court, hockey rink, and ballpark... Plus a spacious grounds to just stroll or walk your dog. Parking lot is adequate but can be completely full on a busy day. Street parking is available. Porta potties are the restrooms provided. A charming Lily pond is the centerpiece of the park. Admission is free except the splash pad.

In the winter this is a great place to ice skate. The ice was smooth and safe. Additionally there is also a hockey rink for those who want to practice their slap shots. They have a huge playground where kids have lots to explore, slides, and swings. I'm looking forward to going in the spring when they open their new skate house. The new house will have year round bathrooms, skate rentals, and a patio and seating for picnics /eating.
