I was not an organizer but attending a dinner event, so I have write from that perspective. The steak was good while the chicken was terrible and the serving of the entrees took far too long, by the time the last people were served, the first were done eating. Wine on the table, but no pitcher of water and it was difficult to find a waiter to get a water refill.
Not bad, but not good. Every time I attend a conference center held event I'm reminded of how low my expectations are, but they shouldn't be. Three stars when compared to other venues for conference dinners, but two stars when compared to what it should be.

I found our seats a bit cramped and there is no power in the floor for the attendees. There is wi-fi. This conference room is used for dinners and other such events where attendees wouldn't be interested in taking notes.
