Never, ever, ever order delivery from this place because they will screw up your order one hundred percent of the time. One. Hundred. Percent, and you want to be there to catch it and let them know.

I've ordered delivery from here eight times in the past few months, and every single time, something is wrong, missing, or just terribly executed. Half the time it's just sauces for the sides. Fine. I have stuff here at home, no biggie. They've also forgotten drinks, sides, bacon, grilled onions, or other add-ons on burgers, things you pay for. Not acceptable.

My favorite is when I ordered a milkshake and got a cup of lukewarm pink cream. I get that there's going to be some deterioration in food quality in the process of delivery, but my house is less than ten minutes from this restaurant. A milkshake doesn't go from firm to lukewarm liquid in ten minutes, or fifteen, or twenty. I surmise that the milkshake was made as soon as they got the order, and then sat on the counter for the next 30+ minutes until the driver got there. That's just bad practice. It takes two minutes to make a milkshake, and there's no reason not to make it when the driver comes in, and hand it to them on the way out.

Nevertheless I kept ordering, because the food is, quite simply, that damned good. So make sure you GO IN to the restaurant to...

Came to this place on 4/25/23 with 5 of my friends, this place has HORRIBLE customer service and ok burgers! Me and 5 of my friends went there and waited over 45mins for each of our orders... Burger was DRY and needed more flavor, burger was SMALL portion and not worth the wait. There was other customers that came in and for some reason they got their order before our party did. We informed the employees and their excuse was there was an order before you guys that ordered 21 burgers, which is totally fine, BUT TELL THE CUSTOMERS THE WAIT TIME! Not everyone can wait a very long time to eat mediocre burgers... The burger was $10+ tax, if you want fries or onion rings and drink, add another $6 + tax. The wait was very long and the burger was not that great. HORRIBLE SERVICE and burger was ok. Was it edible, of course it was, but was it delicious, absolutely NOT! If you go there and you notice the guy taking your order is slow, just turn around, and i dont mean "slow" like with a disorder, more like slow because they are LAZY... if your a burger restaurant and see a party of 6 people, you must make sure they get their food in a timely manner and to make sure the burgers are good.... 35 minute wait for two burgers, two fries and two shakes! I got the food first, but waited another 20 minutes just for the shakes, which they accidently gave to another woman that had ordered after me, but realized their error. When I got there, i was behind a family of 4. No one else was there ahead of us or behind me. When I placed my order, the boy taking the order was so distracted taking my order, that I repeated the order 3 times to make sure he got it right because he was clearly half listening. It was simple. Two single burgers, both combos with upgrade to a milkshake. The toppings were exactly the same for both burgers. He repeated the order back and I still had to correct him. I Paid. I checked the receipt and no surprise, he didn't have my order right! So, I had to go back to have the order corrected and he stated that he didn't remember me requesting combos. By the time he finally finished correcting my order, more people started arriving. After 35 minutes of waiting for my food to go, I went home and checked my food. Again, no surprise there! I did not get all the toppings I had ordered for both burgers! Just all around bad experience. The food is ok, but with that service and wait, I rather go...
