IT TOOK LESS THAN 30 SECONDS FOR ONE ASSISTANT MANAGER TO KEEP ME AT THIS LOCATION AND LESS THAN 30 SECONDS FOR MULTIPLE SALES ASSOCIATES TO LOSS MY BUSINESS AT OTHER LOCATIONS. ALL I ASKED OF HIM WAS TO LET YOUR MERCHANDISE SALE ITSELF, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO, IS BE FAIR. I ASK FOR NOTHING MORE OR NOTHING LESS, JUST HONESTY & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I TOLD HIM,MOST CUSTOMERS WHO SAY, LET ME SEE A SPECIFIC DEVICE, ARE ALREADY WAITING ON THE SALES PITCH. WELL, Y'ALL, THE MANAGER'S NAME IS IAN. HE LOOKED AT ME, AND SAID, I UNDERSTAND. I TOLD HIM I AM IN LOVE WITH GOOGLE PIXEL PHONES. HE DIDN'T LOL. HE LISTENED TO MY HEART AND GOT TO KNOW ME IN THAT MOMENT. MY BLESSING WAS MEETING TRUTH. THERE'S ALWAYS A STORY BEHIND A PICTURE. AND BEHIND A BRILLIANT PICTURE, THERE HAS TO BE GOOGLE PIXEL I HAVE SINCE RETURNED FOR SCREEN PROTECTORS. I TRADED IN ANOTHER DEVICE. I MET REILY AS WELL. HE TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME, TOO. I WAS IN TMOBILE ASKING OTHERS TO MAKE THIS LOCATION THEIR TMOBILE HOME, ALONG WITH ME. I GOT A YES, YES, YES. IT'S A YES FOR ME. I DIDN'T CHOSE THIS LOCATION OR THE PIXEL PHONE. GOD DID IT! FROM MILES AND MILES AWAY PIXEL 8 AND PXL!

I love this T-Mobile store. The first day, I walked in, I was so blessed to meet, one of the best managers, in the world. Of course, he is one of the best managers, I have encountered. Especially, in the T-Mobile Chain. His name is Ian. Because Ian, is Customer Service first, it allows his customers to shop freely, knowing they will be treated fairly. Good Merchandise, needs no sales pitch to convince a customer to purchase, but, it does need honest people on the front line, telling the truth, so it can be sold. The great thing, is that people are loyal to honesty, and they don't mind, leaving their money behind because it feels like, an investment into 100% satisfaction, every time. I have not been disappointed by any purchases, I have made, even if it's 100% of what I expected, out of the merchandise, the choice was left up to me. I asked for excellent customer service, honesty and received it. Not only have I found a T-Mobile location where I enjoy going, I gained an extended family. I am T-Mobile loyal, at this location. I drive a distance because I am always, treated like, I matter. I have not witnessed an upset customer. Everyone, always looks satisfied. Every employee who works here, is great, and they work, as a team! The employees, are getting used to my face. I am being honest, when I say, I drive to this location, for all of my cell phone needs.

Like my awesome Google Pixel 9 xl Pro. Y'all, I'm not even joking around. I am Google Pixel addicted. If you haven't owned one, please try it. My camera view is crazy. The images, I capture of the clouds, the mountains, people, and just stuff, leaves me in awe. The big S 25, Or that big A 16, might as well, take a draw and stay there, if it tries to challenge the Pixel, in a let's see which one takes the best distance photos and has clarity. Hands down, the Big G, Google Pixel 9 xl Pro, taking home, the trophy. I am all the way In and loyal to my Google Pixel and this T-Mobile store. The phone has everything, I expected. This is my fourth Pixel. People laugh at me, when they ask what kind of phone, I have and I stand up, all proud looking and say, Google Pixel. They say, Google Pixel, then I take my phone out and show them my amazing artwork, one thing I need to do, following their amazing of my photos I say, don't let the name fool you, then I walk away. If I could, I would do a mic drop, with my phone, first. Lol

PS: Ask any employee at this location, who Ian is, as a manager and overall person, they will all say, he is the best of the best. They wouldn't trade places for another T-Mobile store.

To make a two hour experience short and concise, it all boiled down to poor and inefficient customer service.If you need to go to a Sprint store goes to Concord Mills mall. They know how to provide customer service and they take the time to personally explain it to you.

We came for a upgrade and had an appointment Karen for 5 pm. We got there 5 minutes after 5, asked where Karen was....shocker-Karen left! So we dealt with one of the "manager" Anthony. After going back and forth about phones and screen protectors and cases for an hour(which mind you I could explain better than Anthony and yet I don't work at Sprint) we finally made our decision. When we were in the process of checking out, another customer came in and because the other rep didn't know what he was doing Anthony went over to go do the sale and told the woman (just playing on her phone) to finish us up. (Even though mind you another manager- Holly was available to help the other rep.) There was then confusion with the bill, which she couldn't answer, so she ended up being both managers into the matter which wouldn't have been necessary had Anthony just finished with us. Then the girl gives our phones to Holly to transfer to data...why...cause another customer came in. So at this point, three people have already dealt with our phones. And then when we asked for a receipt and breakdown of the prices and the deals, another guy, yes a fourth person is dealing with our phones gave us the receipt we had some questions in regards to such. Anthony proceeded to overhear the conversation and now wanted to come back to us. Go figure. At the end of it all, there was no sorry for the delay, confusion, NOTHING. Not even a have a good day. If we didn't have the plan we had, we would change...
