I am editing this review after interacting multiple times with a woman that works there. I beleive her name is Page. Everytime I have interacted with this woman she has came off to me as if I don't belong in that store by way of how I'm spoken to and the customer service she delivers (lack there of) and it's usually whenever I need to get my ring cleaned. I went in today to get my ring cleaned and see if the store would be interested in purchasing said ring. Right away her demeanor was off putting. I told her what I needed, she never asked if it was purchased at the store she just took it back. Fine! Came back out in less than 5 minutes and told me she couldn't clean it and that she had spot cleaned it, whatever that means. I told her it was still needing cleaned because there's no way she cleaned the ring. She was very dismissive. Told me about consignment but never any details. I left and was not satisfied with how I was treated so I called and she answered. I told her I wasn't satisfied and if I brought it back tomorrow would I be able to get it cleaned. She started spouting off how the machine wasn't working and how the person who cleaned the rings wasn't ready. I could've came back for it but that option was never offered. I felt more of a need to get me out of the store than providing any actual customer service. But just because someone may look a certain way to you doesn't mean you don't give them the best customer service. And she has failed every single time I have interacted with her. I still stand on my initial review but I felt it necessary to add this info.

Nice store. Disappointing engagement ring repair service experience... Long story short, I can't face wearing my ring any more because I'm so upset with how it now looks.

Impressed by the positive reviews, and wary of chain stores, I took my beloved custom solitaire .4ct diamond engagement ring here for repair in November. After 4 years the ring's bezel was showing damage from daily wear with its matching wedding band.

Their original quote was 2 weeks and $315 to replace the bezel in platinum or white gold - the ring's actually made from palladium which I don't think they realized until I asked the same metal be used.

The final cost was $340 and took about 5 weeks - after I called to check up, worried that my repair was overlooked during their busy Christmas rush.

The repair itself was well done and the owner politely gave two options for trying to improve the result, but, unfortunately the rings' unique character design of sitting flush against its matching wedding band is now lost (adding a notch on one side, like we agreed to try looks kind of ugly).

In hindsight, I wish I'd left the wedding band with them as well (like I initially suggested to the salesperson) and that I had an opportunity to talk to the jeweler direct to understand their repair service uses pre-fabricated bezels rather than custom-made like my original ring.

Ultimately, my ring's worth is definitely more sentimental than monetary value but it's still upsetting not to have received a more personalized and positive experience like I hoped.

At some point I hope to have the ring remade by the original jeweler in my native New Zealand, when I next...

Thank you Jeff for taking an idea to put precious memories literally at my fingertips! We took a garnet pendant and matching earrings that were the first gift from my mate that I rarely wore and mounted them on a ring instead that I could wear more often! It was pretty, but missing something, so we added my parents' wedding bands (Rest in Peace Mom & Dad), to widen the ring and add even more memories. It turned out perfect and they no longer sit in a jewelry box, never enjoyed. See new pictures added to first review!

1st review - I'm so glad we went to Jeff's Jewelry for updating and ultimately upgrading my diamond ring, pendant and earrings! What a great place to do business. We enjoyed working with Jeff, his Dad and their staff and the store is beautiful and very secure.

Much to my surprise, my soulmate asked Jeff about upgrading the main diamonds in the ring and earrings for larger diamonds. Jeff found exactly what we wanted and the custom designed new ring, pendant and earrings are stunning!

The entire process was handled professionally, promptly and for a fair price for the new diamonds and credits for the traded items. Jeff totally understands the concept of customer service down to every single detail! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks about a great jeweler!
