This is the worst place ever! We dropped off my husband's uniforms along with a blouse of mine. I counted the items out and received a ticket that said I dropped off 12 items. When we went to pick the cloths up a few days later there were only eleven items. My blouse was missing. I contacted the manager (who was very friendly) and he stated he would look for the blouse. I called back 4 days later and spoke to a girl named Shayla who stated she took my cloths and there were only 11 items not twelve. I told her that was not correct I dropped off 12. She then proceeded to call me a liar and stated that I only dropped off 11 items. She went on to say " You're the woman who drives the Lexus aren't you" ( I do not drive a Lexus). When I asked how this was relevant to the situation she repeated the same thing. Either my blouse was lost, mislabeled, or someone up there is wearing it either way I'm out a blouse. I constantly read about people who are upset because nobody followed their instructions given well sometimes I haven't had my instructions follow but their smiles they're helpful attitude and their alertness to customer service surpasses any small instructions they may have overlooked! anytime we have had a problem which was once with a shirt they were more than happy to make it right to replace the shirt that was messed up no questions no if's and's no butts! Personally I think Signature Cleaners stands above the rest when it comes to cleaning clothes just the fact they've been there as long as they have is a testament to their quality of work! The worst dry cleaners in town please avoid them by all costs! Took my brand new never worn $200 pair of jeans and they were completely stained! The rude ghetto cashier insisted it was a mistake and that they could fix it? Why would I contine leaving my jeans at this hellhole when they ruined them in the first place. Asked to speak with a manger she said he was not in and said she was done talking to me I have never delt with such unprofessionalism in my life.
