Taco Patron — Restaurant in Conroe

Make sure you’re not getting overcharged. I called in an order of two bacon, egg and cheese tacos earlier this week (I looked at the menu online FB). Letty, part owner, gave me my total and I handed her my card. I looked at the receipt right after I left the parking lot and I noticed I was charged extra for the cheese. I called and spoke to Letty. She said they changed the pricing/menu and that is why I was charged for the cheese. I was passing this place up today. I had to stop by and look at the menu they have up at the drive through. Definitely go get some tacos from here. If you’re in the Conroe area it says that they open at seven but here lately I have been getting there around 6:30am and they are open. They are wonderful people who just suffered a great loss in their family and could use all the support that our community can provide them with. Their prices are not crazy like other places around. Also, on taco Tuesday their street tacos are $1.25. Family pack of street tacos 15 of them $25 it includes the tacos, the salsa the toppings so good. We stopped at this little taqueria and my oh my! The down side first, portion sizes were generally small and they didn't have chips when we visited but the food and service were both top notch! I had the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. It was tasty but I'll get a torta. Husband ordered a torta which was actually a very nice size and he was impressed with the generous amount of filling. My teen son ordered three bean and cheese tacos, they were small but delicious so he ordered another three! The restaurant also has a drive through but inside was clean (including the restrooms).
