This Place is The Worst! We had ordered a Frozen themed cake and when we served the cake everyone was complaining that it had egg shells and tasted like chemicals, we all ended up throwing those slices away and I took the remaining cake to the bakery back the next day. I got there at 10am And explained everything to the lady there, this lady calls her manager tells him that half the cake is missing and that she didn’t see any shells. Um ok? The cake did have shells and I didn’t just have 2 people over it was 15. Anyways, manager (Guadalupe) is his name. He isn’t even there so I have to leave and come back for 3 days straight. I left my name and number and he couldn’t even manage to call. And he refused to refund my money back I payed 50$ for this cake and We got store credit 🙄. So this weekend I decide to use that shi* store credit and I order a cake for my girls. the girl told me that the filling is usually 7$ but she would include it for free. I later get a bunch of calls my phone blowing up and it’s the manager! He said “ I’m calling because the filling for the cake is 10$” I said “no the girl told me it would be 7 and it’s included” he said “Well I’m the manager” “idc who this is I’m not paying anything extra” “ well I’m the manager and you have to, You know what just come get your 50$ back” it took this Moron one month!! Read moreHorrible customer service. I drove over 45 mints to pick out a cake for the weekend. Payed $60 up front and was told I could pay the remaining $60 on the pick up date. On Sunday my sister went to pick it up but was never told she had to pay for the cake. She left without issue. On Monday I’m getting repeated calls from unknown numbers. I was at work and busy so I ignored th. Once I had a chance I did pick up and it was an Arandas employee telling me that the remaining balance was not payed because she forgot to charge me and I needed to come in and pay it or else they would take the money out of her check. I thought it was a bit unprofessional to put a customer on the spot for an error on their part. However I did not want anyone to suffer for a mistake so I left work early to drive over 45 minutes again to pay the remaining balance. When I pay I get no apology for making come back or a thank you for doing the right thing and paying for after their mistake. All I got is oh this is the lady that didn’t pay its $60 and she gave the ticket to the cashier and went back to her phone. I won’t be coming back here again. They placed it in a carton and offered 2 spoons. After paying, my friend Teresa & I walked to out to our vehicle and were so excited to try the cake we immediately opened it in the truck. First she took a bit then I took a bit. Tell me how a cake that looked so chocolaty yet did not taste one bit like chocolate. I mean there wasn’t even a hint of chocolate taste. The cake was not dry.
