Melting Leaf CBD — Restaurant in Conroe

Very awesome place with even better staff. They have tea, coffee, frappe, and more!!

Its been 3 years since my initial review and I just wanted to edit it and say this is still one of my favorite places to go in Conroe / Montgomery area because of the delicious coffee, milk alternative options, nice staff, good atmosphere & it’s one of the few places I can get Charlotte’s Web products which are great for people like me that suffer from Photosensitive Epilepsy.

The staff are very welcoming, very polite, & professional. They won’t recommend products that they know nothing about & will be honest about it too. It makes a difference. If you have any sort of allergies they’ll help you pick & choose products that don’t have what you’re allergic to in it as well. If it doesn’t say on the ingredients list the staff will help you search it up online. Very sweet of the staff because they don’t have to do that but they do - they care & it shows. That’s what keeps me coming back time...

If you are looking for top of the line quality, customer service as well as Well educated on their products Melting Leaf CBD is the place to go! We have been frequent customers since our CBD Experience begin. Our 6yr old Son who is Autistic and suffers from severe sleeping issues sees a Neurologist who suggested we try CBD. I was VERY hesitant on trying anything like that for him. After talking over all the products with the Kind staff at Melting Leaf we took the plunge. Since we have tried several of their products and FINALLY found our perfect fit which is the Medical Mary Daily Capsules! Since being on these he falls asleep better, stays asleep longer and his teachers also notice a easier day if he has a rough morning and takes one. We will forever be grateful for the Staff and their knowledge and helpfulness at The Melting...

Use to be a pretty great shop, but over the last year has fallen in quality. Some of the better staff has quit or been strained by individuals of the family that owns the shops.

But most recently they charged my card a second time after I left the shop, I usually micro manage the balance at zero and transfer what I need but this time I got caught lacking and had a balance sitting in the account. I attempted to go in and resolve it, but their new kid at the 105 location seems to come in and open late every morning (almost never open even at 10), as well as attempting to call their Frazier location, fruitless with zero answers.

At this point, I’m just gonna file fraudulent activity on the purchase, file BBB, and order online...
