They are rude and do not call you back when you have an issue. They charged my card $200 extra and yet NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY. Then when I tell them I'm going to call a lawyer he hung up 9n me basically calling me stupid. Do not do business with these people it's a RIP off. I went in that place with cash and they talked me into making payments because it worked better for him. 120 days same as cash. He told me total on bed was $1300. I paid $1000 that left 300 they have now taking two payments of $258. Since then and now telling me I am wrong its paid off but they didn't take too much... I know they have changed math since I went to school I believe that 258 and 258 still equal $516 and The last payment was supposed to be $42 not $258. Yet no one can...

I went to Buddy's Home Furnishings 4994 W Mercury Blvd, Newport News VA 23605 today.. The staff was awesome..Very attentive, polite, helpful, kind, friendly, very knowledgeable and helped address all of my questions and concerns..and left with a purchase of a new TV and stand.. The staff went out of their way to make sure that got just what I wanted... The store was very neat and clean. Smelled amazing..This was my first time visiting this store and they made me feel right at home...So if you're reading my review head on over to Buddy's Home Furnishings where there's always an awesome deal on home furnishings, electronics, etc and they treat you like family.. Craig you guys were amazing today..Another satisfied...

Buddy’s Home Furnishings is a great place to shop for name brand items, especially if you don’t want to use your credit to qualify for anything from furnishings to electronics, etc. The staff is nice. Mr. Orlando, and Ms. Tina, are kind and will help to assist you in all matters. Mr. Robert is AWESOME and AMAZING!!! Robert was very helpful in assisting my husband and I with placing some heavy furniture with no problem at ALL!!! Robert is very kind, respectful, and very professional!!! I have bought and closed out several contracts with Buddy’s and quite frankly this would be the only rental store I will do business with, so kudos and cheers to the great staff at Buddy’s Home Furnishings in...
