So upon our arrival we were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Niko who told us right away he didn’t believe they had anything to fit my 16 year old son in the color red. I then asked him if he had any suggestions & he said to be honest I don’t wear suits! My son came out with the pants that Niko brought out for him and I told him right away they were to baggy but Niko said they’re the smallest pair here & that it would take 4 weeks to have them tapered & altered So at that point we felt we had no other choice. After checking out he hands us the jacket without a bag (knowing we were going to be going across the street to the mall to find a vest being how he said he couldn’t find one vest I store in size extra small) we returned to pick up the altered pants and they weren’t the height we choice and just didn’t look anything close to the look we showed Niko that we were going for, he also didn’t remove the tags of the sleeve either. Thankfully a gentleman by the name or Merick that actually over heard the issue with him not giving us a bag happened to hear how unhappy we were with the fit of the pants step in to assist us. He was very knowledgeable with the sizes and the way the pants should fit, he immediately got a size smaller size pants that actually fit my son. (the size Niko said they didn’t have!) Merick also got them inline to be tampered in which Niko said couldn’t be done in time. I know I’ve written a book out of frustration lol. I just really want to thank Merick for stepping in and helping make my sons special day become a wonderful memory! Merick really is...

I bought two suits about six weeks before leaving on a 20 day cruise. Both suits needed tailoring to achieve the best fit. Both suits came in altered as requested three weeks after the purchase date. One suit fit just fine. The second suit, the one I was really looking forward to taking on the cruise came in about 5 sizes too small. This was crazy and confusing but the sales representative entered the wrong size specifications in the computer. Guess what: the principle of garbage in ~ garbage out was proven again! Well that second suit needed to be scrapped and a new one with the correct size details was ordered. Unfortunately another three weeks was needed therefore I couldn't receive it altered in time before my travel date. By the time I returned from my trip and back to the store to pick up the second suit, about six weeks have passed. Apparently the Jacket fit properly but the pants were never altered. So measurements were taken again to correct the pants and another two weeks goes by before I could pick up the alterations. After trying on the pants with shoes, they were still too long and would hit the ground behind the heel. Unbelievable! Another alteration for more tailoring was required and another two weeks to get the pants. Finally, on the fourth visit, I walk out with a properly tailored suit. A disappointing experience to say the least and much different than the better suit purchase experiences I have had with this store...

My fiancé and I are getting married and we decided we needed to shop for colors of my suit to help fit what she decides for her bridesmaids. We walk into Men's Wearhouse, and weren't immediately greeted by those who saw us walk in (which in this instance was fine because I was greeted by a rep who made our experience great). Casey Trotti approached us as soon as he saw us with open arms. Made us feel welcome and was really warm with wanting to help us. We did not intend to buy or do anything that day. Casey went through the full motion of looking for the color suit I wanted, to all the custom stuff that follows. I don't know much about suits, but he made me feel comfortable in what I did and the decisions I made. In short, I walked out with a new suit for our wedding, what I wanted, and a few other pieces of clothing I will be utilizing for work and every day use. Casey was patient and courteous every step of the way. Did I feel like I could've gotten a suit elsewhere, maybe a better price? Better design? Who knows. Casey was so thorough and we felt extremely comfortable that I didn't care to look elsewhere.
