I would have given 5 stars as the one i like are truly amazing. They actually should give samples before you pay 5.00 to find out you don't like it. Last time in the UTC store I had a very upsetting experience. I bought 2 4 packs of the raspberry donut. They were amazing and i wanted to freeze some and give some to my neighbor. Leaving the store as i got almost to the end of the aisle a car cane out fast backing up. I honked and she never looked or stopped. 37.00 worth of cookies flee off the seat to the floor. One box just turned into a mound if cookies and jelly and crumbles. The other box they flipped up to thr lid and all the topping was all over the box. I said something ti the woman and she just looked at me and said i didn’t know you were there! Try looking !! I went back to the store snd they refused yo redo the 4 that were a mound if mush or replace the topping on the other 4. I was dumbfounded They got the manager & He told me to have a good night! So sarcastic. Everyplace i have ever purchased food and something happened to it caused by another person nit paying attention makes good on it . Even if you kid drops it on the floor!! I had to trash 37 .00 wirth if cookies. I hope he didn’t think i was going to pay another 37.00 to replace them Such poor poor customer service. Highly disappointed in the rule they have. I have not been back since Too bad this is the only one in my area and its 20 mile or more away! I wrote in many places on this app.& included pics Never heard a response from them ! Just keep raking in the money on these...

So I had a bitter sweet experience the cookie I least expected to like I loved and the cookie I had high hopes for is a flop. So I'm ranking and describing the cookies by numbers pink frosted sugar cookie ( I don't like sugar cookies but I loved this one the subtle hints of vanilla in the actual cookie on point. The frosting was sublime and the cookie actually had the correct amount of frosting. The notes of cherry and the fact that it isn't super sweet was awesome. Definitely a cookie worth buying.) Oreo birthday cake ( This cookie taste of oreos but the creme is lighter. I could personally live without the sprinkles.) Attention All Cookies beyond were not worth buying in my opinion Snickerdoodle (Base cookie was good but lacked flavor.. that is my personal opinion) Hazelnut sea salt ( So this style of cookie is my favorite..... unfortunately the amount of hazelnut spread to cookie was off {not nearly enough}. Also the cookie itself was under cooked like doughy and to me either you embrace the under or you hate it. And this kinda dough doesn't taste that great under. So for me this was a huge disappointment.) Chocolate chip ( I had half of the cookie without chips. Self explanation.) The blueberry muffin cookie ( Super bland and even though you could see where the blueberries were they didn't taste present.) Overall 2.5 stars Will comeback to try the peanut butter brittle...

The cookies are good but the customer service here is non existent. The employees avoid the front like the plague. I feel like there should at least be one person up front answering questions/helping customers. I needed help with my online order and stood at the front for over 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Nobody would even make eye contact with me. Once I got a teenage workers attention he got my name, walked to the back, and never came up front again. Stood there another 10 minutes until I got someone else’s attention. Turns out the first guy didn’t do anything for me. He was just hiding in the back. Then another 7 minutes passed by and I finally got my order. I waited 27 minutes for 4 cookies. It’s just unacceptable that I counted 16+ people working and not one person was responsible for standing at the front counter.

I had a terrible experience last time as well but I didn’t think it was necessary to leave a review. I had the same problem - workers clearly avoiding the front, I waited forever, and they got my order wrong. After this experience I’m done. It’s really not worth the 30 minute wait and consistent bad service. All of the employees saw me standing there for 30 minutes and nobody apologized for the wait or for ignoring me. I used to live in another city and the Crumbl there was not like this...
