7-Eleven — Local services in Converse

We have lived near this location for over 10 years. So we go to this location cause it’s in walking distance and convient for my teenagers to go. My husband goes as well and spends way too much money here as well as I do. My 16 & 17 year olds have used the free app with free stuff to redeem as we get the points for them. Yesterday they were busy. They had about 20 people in the store, parking lot was full. My daughter and her boyfriend went in to get the free drinks. My daughter’s boyfriend got the wrong cup size to redeem for free drink. Instead of man working telling her it was wrong size, he demanded she pay for the drink and it wasn’t free! My daughters boyfriend came out to the vehicle to retrieve me to pay. I came in asked why they had to pay for the drink. I then noticed cup size he had gotten was wrong. Prior to that the male cashier didn’t explain “it was wrong cup size” just that it wasn’t free when he scanned the app! He had raised his voice repeatedly to me and my daughter prior to me coming in as he was frustrated of the people in the store! The female cashier was dealing with customers and didn’t even know how he was treating my daughter! The service was horrible! At night the workers have loud rap music going on evenings.Very unprofessional! Night & day employees are so rude and don’t acknowledge your entrance! Our family will no longer spend a single hard earned dollar in this store! We spend well over $1000 a month between gas and snacks! We will drive to another 711 instead of getting the horrible service we get at this location! Sometimes we just have to pay for better service even if it means driving instead of...

I am an Uber Eats driver. On 13 February I was directed to the store via my Uber Eats app to pick up an order for delivery to a customer. The male hispanic, age perhaps 35-40, told me I had to activate the START DELIVERY button before I could walk out the door. His tone was nasty, agressive, and threatening. I told him I knew how to use the Uber Eats app. His tone and demeaner grew even more belligerant as he repeatedly told me to , "DO IT NOW!, DO IT RIGHT NOW!!!". This all occurred in front of two other customers and the other young hispanic woman working with him behind the counter. I want to speak directly to the store owner about this man and his attitude. Seems to me a course at charm school...

This is a wonderful store the staff here are very friendly and very courteous I come here every time feels like home here. I like going through here to get my favorite snacks and an lunches. While I was there at check out Mr. Vilente was very kind to me he even suggested an item to me that I was looking for that i wasn't able to find, and he literally went out of his way to go get it for me. Turns out I ended up saving money because they had a sale going on. He definitely deserve the chance to even run the store....
