If I could give them a negative star review, I would. I went into the store, December 1924 because I was looking to make a new purchase. While I was in the store, I Felt pressured to buy something that was out of my price range upon letting the representative know what I had to spend, and what I was looking for. I was given options that did not fit those needs. I ended up leaving the store to go check out a couple of more And ended up back at Metro due to some of my family members having service with Metro as well. I re-informed the associate behind the counter what I needed and what I was looking for as well as the price range I wanted to stay around. It was at this point he was able to offer me the iPhone 12, but then when it came to the plan, he made it seem like I could only do the most expensive flex plan, which I asked him Why it had to be the most expensive one and he said because of the promotion with the iPhone and so I asked him at which point I could change the plan to a lesser than. The representative said I could change it 30 days after because at that point the phone would be unlocked . I finally got fed up with the Metro service as I tried to make contact with them several Times to lower my phone plan in which they were not accommodating. I got every excuse as to why they could not do it. I went back in store to make sure that the phone was unlocked. I was told it was unlocked so I just recently tried to switch phone Carriers I did the number port out the whole nine. In which I found out, my phone is not unlocked so now here I am can’t take my phone to the new service provider and after talking to Metro it is oh yes, we can fix it. We can do this. We can offer you a lower rate we can get you a new account all this stuff With no follow through.
I’ve been dealing with the metro situation for months now The way that I’ve been treated is unacceptable. How do you lie to patron or potential patrons just for a sale? How do you justify lying to every day people. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for over 14 years and it would never cross my mind to disrespect anybody in the manner that I’ve been disrespected .

OMG the girl that was helping wasnt inviting at all of course i got the typical greeting but thats all .
