A Sweet Spot with So Much More!

Kassi's Cookies is an absolute gem that offers far more than just fantastic cookies – it's a delightful stop for all your sweet cravings and coffee fixes!

On my visit, I was immediately drawn in by the tempting display. Of course, I had to try their namesake cookies, and they did not disappoint. They were perfectly baked, soft in the middle with just the right amount of crispness on the edges, and bursting with flavor.

Beyond the cookies, their coffee was excellent – a perfectly brewed pick-me-up that complemented the sweets wonderfully. I also indulged in some of their ice cream, which was rich, creamy, and exactly what I needed. And for a smaller treat, their cake pops are adorable and delicious – perfect for a quick bite or to share.

The atmosphere is charming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Kassi's Cookies has definitely become my new go-to spot for a quality coffee, a scoop of ice cream, a fun cake pop, and, of course, some truly outstanding cookies....

Just had the sweetest time at the grand opening of Kassi's Cookies and OH. MY. COOKIES. 😍

I went with a sweet friend and we were in line (totally worth it!) with everyone buzzing with excitement. The smell alone had us swooning, and let me tell you—the cookies were next-level: GIANT, fresh, soft and absolutely DELISH. 🍪

We paired ours with scoops of rich gourmet ice cream (because obviously, yes AND becasue we got a FREE scoop getting there super early), and I washed it all down with a refreshing, summery peach lemonade that tasted like sunshine in a cup. 🍦🍑☀️

From the friendly staff to the dreamy dessert combos, it was a 10/10 experience. If you’re looking for a reason to treat yourself (or just want to experience dessert heaven), RUN, don’t walk. Your taste buds will thank you! 💕🎉

There’s absolutely nothing bad I could say about either Kassi Cookie location, both are amazing! Today was my first time visiting this location because I was really craving some ice cream. As soon as I walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming. The staff kindly offered me a few samples, and honestly, every flavor I tried was so good it made choosing just one really tough.

Surprisingly, I went with the Superman ice cream which is usually not a flavor I’d go for, but Kassi’s version is hands down the best I’ve ever had. It was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. They’ve definitely earned a repeat visit from me!

The honey biscuit was phenomenal as well!

If you like butter pecan ice cream & banana pudding ice cream, this is the place for you!
