Manny's Tires — Local services in Conway

This has to be the worst place ive EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. I waited 40 minutes for 4 tires. Every worker would disappear at different times. Keep in mind i was the only one there. They cracked all my hub caps which had not one scratch on them i just bought the car last week. I get home and im missing my front passanger hub cap. I paid $40 a tire and the bare minimum couldnt even be done. I looked closer at my tires and i had no cap on any of my tires. Not to mention the rims to the tires LOOK SO RUSTED AND UGLY. So i called that day after i got home and was told they would hold my hub cap they forgot to put on my car. After work i went and guess what they lost it. The man who speaks only spanish was going on and on after i clearly said i do not speak spanish...so he tired to take the nasty old hub caps they had laying in the back on the floor and put it on mine. I was like no. He said sorry and left....I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO PAY A LITTLE MORE FOR AMAZING SERVICE...

Had a flat tire caused by a nail and was on a time crunch to get it fixed. First went to firestone where they said it would be $20 for a plug and something like $30 for a patch and said it would take an hour and a half. I called discount tires and they said anywhere I go at this time of day will take at least an hour and a half. Called Manny’s tires and they said it was $10 for a plug $15 for a patch and they could get it done in 5 minutes! I got there and they immediately got to work! I was going to get a patch but when he took off my tire he showed it to me and it was very worn and badly damaged from me driving it there while it was flat, he then said he could get me a used tire on for $30 so I said yes and within 10 minutes I had a new (well used) tire on and it was cheaper than it would have been just for a patch at firestone! Anytime I need a tire or I need to change my tires. I always go to manny,s tires. On Semoran blvd.The people that work there they are excellent, very good nature very humble, kind people and I love that and they have always in a very good mood where they are not looking at you like a number like a $ sign but as a customer who supporting their business. Excellent service at a very fair price..I learned from the tech named Sub that before buying a tire always check the date of manufacture because if the tire looks good, but it’s very old I will not put it on your car ,.
