Nye's Pharmacy — Local services in Conway

What is there NOT to say about this local pharmacy.... After working a long, 12hr overnight shift, I traveled more than 30mins out the way to fill a prescription for a nebulizer for my son. I drove that far b/c I was told Nye’s is the only ‘local’ place that would accept the insurance & be able to fill the prescription. I even called ahead to verify. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff. I waited my turn, which didn’t take long & handed off the prescription. I could hear the staff talking amongst themselves about the matter. I was informed that insurance more than likely wouldn't cover it & I’d have to come out of pocket. I truly didn’t mind, considering. The staff at Nye’s went above & beyond, to not only make me feel welcomed, but also confident that I’d be truly be taken care of. They handed me the items I needed & w/ a smile on every face, expressed that I need not worry if the insurance didn’t cover it. Almost lost for words, I didn’t know what to say. I can’t express my gratitude enough, not only for the kind gesture, but also for making me feel so welcomed. Thank you to everyone at Nye’s. If I didn’t live so far, this would be my everyday...

I have never encountered a more rude establishment. My doctor told me this was the only pharmacy that could make the medicine my daughter needed so this was my first time using them. From the time I walked in the door I was never greeted and when I finally was asked what I needed they were rude and just walked away from me without explaining they needed to go get the medicine from another location or find out my cost after insurance. They said my insurance didn’t cover the medicine without any sort of explanation or care about it. I would not recommend this pharmacy for your...

If you are black STOP ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, EVEN THE KITCHEN!!!! My son called to order breakfast and clearly said what he wanted MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! The klansman in the kitchen is incompetent and heard what she wanted to hear and had the nerve to get smart with my son trying to make him feel like he wasn't clear!
