Used to be good but staff change frequently and the current people don't care. Last visit there was a line of 12 people waiting to pay and 1 cashier working, but she was trying to sell the TJMaxx credit card to a very confused lady. After 10 minutes another person came, but they got involved in trying to sell the credit card,. A few minutes later a manager arrived and started trying to engage the other staff in chitchat, distracting them from any work. THIS BY FAR IS THE BEST STORE IN NORTH CONWAY, NH. I WORK FOR A HOTEL IN TOWN AND THE TOURISTS TELL ME THEY GO TO OUR TJ MAXX FIRST THEN TO THE OUTLETS. The Managers are great, especially Lisa, she is so helpful and pleasant when being helpful. We visit lots of TJ MAXX's, but ours in North Conway is the best. We love Tim and Sue who work in Jewelry, they are so great, that is why we own so much of your jewelry. This location is normally awesome. But this week we were there and our car was hit, the driver left without leaving insurance information. We went inside to ask for the footage and they said they needed corporate’s permission, that’s fine. But now they’re claiming they have no images of the front parking spaces. I find their lack of compassion and caring for their customers to be disheartening especially since we are locals and shop here all the time.
