Books-A-Million — Local services in Conway

I was extremely surprised. Due to the unknown establishment to me I thought that the selection would be minimal and somewhat unsatisfactory however I was happily surprised! The selection was large, (Books A Million was a very proper name) from Travel, Graphic Novels, Biography Nonfiction, Lifestyle and More. Personally I am a large fan of YA (young adult) was fantastic and not just Harry Potter and the Maze Runner luckily! For a smallish store the YA section wasn't pushed to the side but instead had a plethora of books from Fantasy, Poetry and Historical Fiction my fav! And much more. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. Usually like I said earlier I am more of a Historical fiction fan and find Fantasy slightly confusing however the person working there with I'm pretty sure green hair slightly convinced me towards " The invisible life of Addie LaRue" and it has been delightful so far. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would happily go their again. Until next time! - In words...

I purchase so many books from BAM and Barnes and Nobel. I purchased a book I wanted and was taking notes in it. Within a hour of reading the binding fell apart. I went and purchased tape to fix it myself. The pages continued to fall out so I went hoping to get credit to grab another. I purchase so many books and this has never happened. They would not help me or give me store credit. I purchased three other books with this one yet I guess customers are irrelevant. A ten dollar book has cost them from me ever purchasing from them again. My wife was going to buy a book while she was waiting on me. We left and I told them to keep the book. The manager actually said because I wrote in it they can’t resell it. Seriously? Who would resell a book...

This is one of the best Books-A-Million we've visited. We stopped in, looking for... Well, honestly, I can't recall. We were only a few feet inside the store when we spotted books that fascinated us.

Everything was well displayed, with a wide range of intriguing titles covering a wide range of subjects and genres.

The staff were great. We had a wonderful and amusing conversation with them.

We've shopped in larger Books-A-Millions, but never had so much fun as we did at this store. And, of course, we bought a book while we were there.

If we're in the Conway (NH) area again, we'll make a point of shopping at this store. It was one of the highlights...
