Ryan and Jill were super patient, cheerful and extremely helpful in giving us an excellent bundling deal on upgrading our phones and tech watch! Ryan moved through the process attentively answering our questions and also offering direction on what products might suit us best. Jill jumped in when needed to move along our purchase decision. The new phone set up and transfer of contacts and everything loaded on the old phone went very quickly and smoothly! For those of us who want it done RIGHT and want it done âtodayâ, we cannot say enough about this in-store experience! The new phone works great, and getting a light colored phone protector case, as advised by Ryan, was the right way to go after I have had only black phone cases before and I was constantly âlosingâ my old phone!!    Read moreAfter patiently waiting with my 3.5 month old son in the non air conditioned store (which I understood because they are under renovation), I was finally addressed by a man who came from the back room and asked if I could be helped, I explained what was going on with my internet service and he dismissed me saying it's been like that for 5 months because of the over abundance of connections, when I tried to explain to him that it had been happening for a year, he looked at my phone and said well its working now. He was very dismissive and not interested in actually helping me. After I left, I called Verizon help, they walked me through how to adjust my network setting and what it should be set as. What could have taken this guy maybe 10 minutes in store, took over 30 minutes and multiple phone calls with a service agent.    Read moreJust got my son a tracking watch which requires a 2g GSM sim. I stopped in to see if this is something they had and the staff laughed and made a joke about even at 3g they didnt use sims. It was rude and unhelpful. I see Verizon has the gizmopal and they should have recommended that to me rather than making me look like a fool for looking for older/outdated cell services and not realizing Verizon uses CDMA. Since I was unable to find 2g gsm that has good signal in our area I'm back in the market for a different watch. An employee did reach out and apologize noting that wasn't the intention which I do appreciate. I believe they genuinely weren't trying to be rude however I wish my situation had been handled differently while I was there. I may come back in hopes for a better experience...
