Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Conway

Honestly I’m not one to complain about food but considering how pricey Dairy Queen is, as a local, I am super annoyed over the fact that literally the past Handful of times in a row the past month or so I have had my order messed up completly. Even after sitting there repeating myself and after you guys repeating back what I said I STILL manage to have a completely different meal. First two times French fries were completly forgotten. Then a drink was forgotten. Then a blizzard was melting all over the place when handed to me. I have received bread that is obviously left out in the air has it’s stale. Then today after saying four times over the intercom that French fries was in the order they still put onion rings in the meal with no fries. Lol I find it petty when people complain about food so it took a lot for me to write this but I’m tired of spending almost $30-$35 every trip just on three meals and having them completely messed up. It’s bad service and very disappointing especially since it’s restaurant style prices. It was understandable with the pandemic that places were getting overwhelmed but at this point I’m really just finding it to be pure laziness and people not paying attention. PLEASE FOCUS ON YOUR ORDERS AND STOP CHARGING PEOPLE FULL PRICES FOR FOOD THAT IS NOT GOOD OR COMPLETELY NOT WHAT THEY...

Update.. yet again I went in to order just the $7 meal with an upgraded blizzard. I ordered then a rush of people came In after I waited 15 min the people after me got their food first, I got a small burger which tasted like they nuked it my blizzard mostly melted by the time I got my food. I gave it another shot like you asked DQ and you failed me again.

3 times I have been in (not when busy) and it takes 10 min for the kids in the back to stop talking and come help. The smell weird smell multiple times it could be cleaning agents if they are change them within a few min I had a pounding headache open some doors please. The music is very loud and not pleasing to walk into for a dairy Queen. All I want is a ice cream that shouldn't take no more then 5 min from me walking in order get the ice cream and leave. Not 15 every time when no one is around. Train your workers better please this never should happen unless it's busy. This is the only ice cream place open unfortunately If this keeps going I will spend my money at the store for ice cream. This place needs to be run better unfortunately I'm disabled or i would apply to retrain every one and yes I am very well...

The food is amazing and prices are reasonable. However, in a covid world where little things matter I was disappointed. I had asked for one of their small styrofoam mini cups with ketchup and s lid versus having to eat in the car and try to get each ketchup packet on the fry or onion rings or tenders. I was shocked when I was actually told they were not doing that anymore because of costs. You mean seriously putting catch up in a small cup with a cover on it out of a bulk bottle cost more than handing out 20 or 30 packets of ketchup? This was insane! Here we were an hour from home having to eat in the car because no one is doing dining service at Dairy Queen. Trying not to wear the condiment that we want to dip our food in and being told we could only have catchup packets. So unfortunately it ended up costing them more because I asked for 30 catchup packets which they did give us And then I had to ask for a small container that they would normally put a small fry in to put the catchup in so I could actually eat the food. Seriously Dairy Queen I had more respect for you than that! You may want to reevaluate your priorities especially in a town where there are many...
