I had a very poor experience with this particular Aldi's Conyers. I placed 3 orders with other grocery stores online at 2AM in the morning expecting to pick them up at 2PM (12 hours later). The first 2 were picked up and I headed to Aldi's and sat and checked in, I was advised that the order was not completed 12 hours after the order. Okay. BUT that is not why I had a HORRIBLE experience. In chat, this worker named Lala or Laya or whatever her name was. She talked to me in chat like I was a child. I advised her that I had a fussy toddler in the car and my order should have been ready 2-3PM. She said in caps something like this- I TOLD YOU IT WAS NOT READY AND IM SHOPPING IT NOW, WAIT. I politely went in to the store with my toddler and she pushed the cart to me and walked away. I re=shopped every item with my son and did not want anything she shopped for me, she exhibited the rudest, unprofessional, and cantankerous chats I have every seen from a business. Corporate needs to pull these chats and investigate. If she talked to me like I was nothing, she has most certainly done it to someone else. If I could have received an immediate refund, I would have and walked away from this extremely poor Aldi experience. I do not usually write reviews, but this needs to be addressed by corporate. Please do not let her address customers the way she...
Read moreThis review concerns the Aldi in CONYERS, GA: Unfortunately after many years of going there, my mom was treated badly by the employees there last Tuesday. Because she is not technologically savvy, I am writing this review for her. Last Tuesday, she was rushed by an employee to put things on the check out line. Apparently she wasn't moving fast enough for this employee who did help her get things out of her buggy, but the manner in which she did it embarrassed my mother. Also when the employee was done taking things out of my mother's cart, she started to move the buggy towards the cashier without waiting for my mom to get out of the way. My mom felt like she was about to be run over. The employee said, "I promise I'm not trying to run you over". Sometimes, it's not words, but the actions that count, and my mom felt like the employee was being rude to her and making her feel slow. The cashier was rude to her during checkout as well and did not let her move the screen that allows the customer to see the total amount owed. My mom loves Aldi, but will now be finding a new place to grocery shop. Hopefully, management there realizes that their new employees are not creating a welcoming environment for customers and fix...
Read moreFirst time visit Aldi, and was quite surprised by the amount of organic food at budget friendly prices. Cage free chicken breast, for your sweet tooth the coconut, cashew crisps has only five ingredients can you imagine. You want to taste the avocado dip with lime spread on the honey oat bread, and my favorite is sweet potato bites will definitely be a hit with the kids. If you feel in the mood for something beside chips, try the Parmesan crisp its light. Will certainly satisfy your taste buds. Oh, the wine section you should not overlook. A bottle of O'Donnells Irish country cream, reminds me of the other big names cream liquor. Not the same, but equal substitution. Taste great over vanilla Ice cream. Dog foods was not as pricey as a matter of fact got for less than $. 50 cents, oh yes.... Bring your own shopping bags and leave your checkbook home. Not a check friendly store, would love to hear the story behind this concept. But hey spend less more money left for...
