Please do not shop at this location. Horrible customer service. I wish I had read the numerous reviews with the same experience before I did. I ordered for a two hour pick up window. I noticed SEVEN hours later the order still said processing (not out of stock, canceled or delayed). So I decided to drive to the store because clearly they were running behind and I could just buy in store. Within 25 minutes of speaking to the employees and looking for my order in the isle location and the pick up area in the front; it was determined that in fact they didn’t have the product period. I inquired … so for what reason did you not inform me, allow me to order or cancel my order with an updated notification like ALL other Targets do? Store Manager explained “Its Christmas”, “We don’t have the staff to fulfill all the orders”. At this point I’m angry and confused so I asked. “Ok so why are you continuing to take online orders that I was just told your days behind when you know you don’t have the staff to fulfill them but promise same day two hour pick-up .. you can’t do that … it’s false advertisement, poor customer service and your out right being untruthful and waisting peoples time .. at Christmas!”. Store Manager “I have no control over that mame”. I asked her for her Regional Managers name and she wrote down a general 800 number and placed the paper on the COUNTER. Never showed care or attention, never offered to see if the item was elsewhere just ended with “I gave you the number” and walked off. Rude, unprofessional, and this is who LEADS… YIKES! I asked to speak to the Loss Prevention Manager because Store Manager was on the radio trying to explain to him that I was just upset because it was out of stock . WRONG. I was upset because Target doesn’t think enough of their customers to be truthful, treat them with respect and not waist their time when they have no bandwidth or resource to properly serve, but yet keep taking your order. There were SEVERAL customers in line SAME issue. I was told this had been going on for DAYS. This store should have TURNED OFF pick up, on the website…it’s just that simple. It’s like having customers stand in a check out lane with no intention of ever putting a cashier there. The LP Manager gave me the info, was professional and tried to help. Word to the TARGET CEO… call FEDEX .. they just sent an email to their customers notifying them of orders that can’t be delivered do to weather, instead of people logging in reading messages “we will be to you in 5 min”, or customers continuing to send packages unaware of the delay. Thanks AMAZON … my gift will be here soon. Reading and Comprehension is Fundamental and so is customer service in retail. Read moreTarget is the fancy version of Walmart or at least they try and for the most part do a sheeting good job. Was there to return something had my receipt but it was 5 days past the time allowed for a return so they denied my return it was a camera that sat on my desk and I procrastinated and got burned as I don't need the camera and even though I had the receipt I could of returned without the receipt for store credit but they wanted to give me way less than I laid even with the reciept but it was 5 days over time. I'd rather keep it as a paper weight than allow target to get down on me like that so they enforced their policy and I'm enforcing mine I will only shop their if I have to won't be going in and browsing for sheet cuz they was shady and even though it's a nice store I don't like their policy and feel that some policy should have bend to it the item was clearly never opened and I did have the receipt ok I didn't get cash but they could of met me halfway and at least have me what I obviously paid with said reciept really they should of given my money back but it's all good they enforced their policy and now I must enforce my no shady business policy what the little they gained they list way more I often went in their just to browse and have found myself dropping a couple hundred without even thinking so I hope their 5 day rule works out for them but it didn't me and I will not be in their just giving my money away anymore you made five list hundreds hope it was worth it and the bad review I'm cool with it I save even more...
Read moreI went in looking for the NES classic. Had to call because the last two times I searched for one, every store was out of stock. I called and reached a nice person that told me it was indeed in stock. I came in and asked if it was still available because it was not on the shelf. One employee could not tell me where it was, it really isn't her fault and I assumed it would go quick anyhow. I then spoke to the other person that was in charge of the electronics section. Their name started with a D. Damarrus or something. I can't remember. I remember the voice and they were definitely the one I spoke to over the phone. They informed me that it was indeed in stock and in the back, just not numbered. They told me to hold and they would radio someone to get some. I ended up coming home with two to surprise both of older sisters. One whose birthday was today. I'm sorry if I didn't get your name right! I hope that you see this and your employers see this review. You did a great job and a birthday was saved because of you! Excellent service from that one...
