Kroger — Local services in Conyers

Unacceptable behavior of your night crew! Tonight I attempted to pay for my groceries with 2 separate cards. Once the first part was completed, I summoned the employee over to complete second. Whatever she did it cleared the whole transaction, however the first pmt completed. I advised her of the pmt showing withdrawn, she walks off without saying anything. I stood 10 min at the register awhile everyone just ignores me. I summon the young lady AGAIN, and she advises me to step upfront ( mind you I got angry customers in a long line glaring me down) . She briefly ask another associate and she shrugs her shoulders advising I don’t know what to tell you and walks off. I’m still standing at register. She continues to work around me, as if I’m not there. I do loudly say HELLO! What are we doing here, and she goes to CS desk. Her and several other associates laugh and play, and even appear to antagonize me with one very rudely saying aloud, she needs to call cash app HONEY. I advise her I’m standing right here and really didn’t find anything funny as I would like to know where my money went or what’s the resolution. She get loud and even RUDELY threatening turning her back to my face. The lack of customer service training and requirements of it is astonishing. I hear many say they avoid this establishment because there is no expectation to be professional and pleasant. This type of behavior should not be tolerated. And corporate will be hearing from me. We should not be forced to pay more for groceries down the street in order to receive respectful treatment...

March 18th I went there doing Instacart. Placed cart next to prepackaged shrimp. Came back a minute later and an employee had taken it. I lost $15 and two customers did not receive there groceries. It took me twenty minutes to shop for 25 items.

April 1st, 2024-0830-0900am made the poor decision to go-to this Krogers to purchase groceries. Once I made it to check out, an employee with an over zealous demeanor approached about which Lllane is best for me. I wanted self check out. She demanded I use the convatae belt or the cashier. I told her I work for Instacart those other things slow me up. She also addressed me as "Sweety, Baby, Honey.", and finally and more appropriately "Sir." I told her I heard her. And then she said as she walked away ,"Will let a manager help him if he need anything. A second female said I hear you. I covayer belt jammed up and the same woman came back over and reset the digital register. I finally finished checking out twenty items then asked for a manager. "Debb" came to the front around twelve minutes later. I told her what happened. I had my Instacart tags hanging around in front of me. Debb apologized for the ignorant behavior of the two employees. It's April Fools Day every day at this particular Krogers. Be afraid, they drinking Starbucks...

DO NOT instacart or in person shop at this location!! They are always out of EVERYTHING!! Their excuse “We didn’t get our truck!” LIESSSSSS!! How is it other kroger locations miles away are fully stocked with fresh organic and regular food and this one can’t even seem to keep the FRESH vegetables or fruits let alone organic food stocked?!! Instacart and door dashers hate it going here because it costs them money!! Their organic products NON EXISTENT!! The produce is WILTED AND ON THE VERGE OF SPOILING!! I don’t know who manages this store but you clearly have not read the room and think because you are in a predominantly ethic area WE DONT CARE WHAT WE PUT IN OUR BODIES or that our cars are safe outside while we shop!! Smh!! This is what stores do! They send less that standard food options to predominantly ethic areas thinking no one will notice!! This store is horrible!! Can’t plan on cooking a decent healthy meal for your family because they are always out of the fresh organic items or they antock items that look like they were sat on for weeks!! Reminds me of something but I digress!! GET NEW MANAGEMENT who will stand up for the community with healthy options and fresh fruits and vegetables!! Not just someone you hired to pad their resume!!...
