I had a housewarming event scheduled and it was down to the wire. I couldn't find quality prices to match furniture that was also aesthetically appealing. Robert stepped in and went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that I could make a purchase that I would be happy with. He patiently assisted with matching pieces (staging), product/branding review, and fair pricing. The day I was in, the store was fairly busy. I watched Robert single handedly assist several customers and they all received quality service. I don't know If this is protocol, but when my last minute delivery was canceled, he stepped in and took charge. It saved my event, which was scheduled the next day. The ABOUT US on website states "Variety is important to us. Quality is important to us, but most of all, our customer's are important to us. We are a family based business and we treat our customer's like family." I rarely do reviews, but I was treated so well that it was important for me to post mine. I can truly say that I felt like family after my experience. The only thing that I would suggest is being able to see more product available in the showroom. Not only did they not come in, we cannot get any information regarding what date we might get them. We have called numerous time regarding a date. We are aware of the Covid challenges, but the time lines communicated to your customers should be better because when we called, the sales person, Eboni didn't want to give us a perspective date. So we are assuming that we won't receive them any time soon. We were also quoted a price for the monthly financing that was incorrect by the same salesperson. These are issues that should be better communicated by your salesperson because there is no recourse if the customer is not satisfied with the product or service if not discovered within 7 days. I only support businesses with great customer service and even though there is no recourse, we still supported this business. The most respected fashion of their service was they were truthful about a very small scuff that was damaged originally in the box. It was completely none of their own fault, however they were nice enough to alarm me with professional set up for Exchange that was made before notifying me. Best regards to this company.
