My experience at Masterpieces Boutique was horrible. I ordered a prom dress off her website after several doubts about it. For one she doesn’t take your measurements, she gets it from a distributor, which I had no way to get in contact with, and there’s no record/contract if there is something wrong with the dress! After taking my own measurements, I purchased the dress and she wrote up a makeshift contract AFTER my mom practically begged her, just in case anything went wrong. I received my dress on March 13 and she made me try it on before leaving the store to see how I liked it. Right off the bat, I could tell the designs of the dress looked cheap, compared to the picture. The picture on her website, although blurry, the designs were pearls/rhinestones, although it does not give a description of the dress. Instead it was made from sequins and beads, which I can LITERALLY PULL FROM THE DRESS! A 400 DOLLAR, “QUALITY MADE” DRESS!!!! I also realized that the dress was WAY TO BIG, especially from the measurements I gave. She told me I needed to get it altered, because sometimes measurements can be off! Also the sheer parts of the dress were supposed to be skin tone matched, WHICH IS NOT! They’re a shade of gray to match the dress. The length of the dress was also off, as you could see my feet at the bottom, and the dress was supposed to be FLOOR LENGTH! Overall if I could give 0 stars I would, DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM...

THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE!! I wish I can give no stars. The owner took advantage of me and over charged me for $300.00. The pants I bout were only 25.00 she took the price tags off after she charged me. I asked her why does she need to do that if i need to return them if my lady doesn't like the outfits. she said she takes refunds. I returned back to the store and wanted to return two items. She says she can't give me my money back and it will have to be store credited that's not what she told me when I asked about her return police. Don't go here she basically robbed me...
