This place is a bait-and-switch establishment! The owner has horrible communication skills, ignoring messages that show they were read, and will allow you to drive an hour to the store just to tell you that they are out of stock and what she does have is $100 over what was quoted and tell you that it is your fault. Dishonest to say the least. Other Google reviews attest to this, too. I imagine the employee will be commenting here in mere moments with how wrong I am and what a reputable business they run like on every other bad review. No accountability at...

Bought a toilet that was supposed to be in great shape only to find that the base of it is completely broken when I get home (5 hours away). They have a 24 hour return policy for store credit only so I’m simply out of luck. Always check your product at this place! Go through every part. They’re good saleswomen anyway.

edit: to make matters worse, now that I’m looking closer, the lid they gave me (which the lady found and handed to me saying it was the right one) is in fact not the right one. Neither is the tank! Essentially I bought a mismatched toilet....
