Audio Concepts Inc — Local services in Conyers

The reviews are outstanding, so I took my minivan to Audio Concepts to have an overhead DVD installed and certainly, they are competent and know what they're doing and friendly to some degree. What was terribly disappointing is to come to the realization that if you aren't spending a lot of money in their eyes, then your follow up questions and need to understand are not worth their time. After they installed my DVD, I posed questions to two different employees at the store and over the phone about the headphones, some static in the sound, as well as questions to understand how the old DVD player pieces were swapped. Sadly, both employees were dismissive. I called again to speak to the Manager and was advised in not so many words, that I was being too much of a bother given the low price that I was charged, and told that in actuality, I should have paid more based on conversations held between the employees after seeing my DVD player. As the Manager continued to tell me this, I told him that I was aware that I had not spent a huge amount given their typical sale, but that it meant something to me and that I wanted to understand what they did exactly. I felt terrible. It is a terrible feeling to have someone place a value on you based off of what you spent at their store. And it is very short-sighted because who knows, I may have come back in the future for a new system. I will say that the Manager called me later on in the day to offer an apology and to refund a portion of my costs which involved a procedure that I did not necessarily request. So at least he tried to make it right. And my DVD player works great. But the whole experience still leaves...

Had my car windows tinted by Audio Concepts in Conyers GA a few month's back. I wanted to wait a bit after having the service to leave an honest review and not one based only within a day or two of having my windows tinted. I called around for pricing and physically went to a few local places in town to see about tinting and what options I had. This business by far has the best customer service. They was the most knowledgeable and helpful in explaining and showing me the types of tints and how tinting worked AND they had great prices. Scheduling a date and time to drop off my car was less than a week (due to my scheduling I needed a Saturday appointment) and the time frame it took to have my car windows tinted was only a couple hours. When I got back to pick up my car it looked amazing. They explained what not to do for the next couple days while the tint still had time to set and explained what I should avoid on cleaning the inside with. I have absolutely NO bubbling or peeling, it's perfect. The tinting on my car looks like it came from the factory. I am beyond 100% satisfied with the tinting job and service I received. I would highly recommend Audio Concepts and will come back in...

Bought a 2018 Honda civic hatchback, wanted to get my windows tinted. Looked online at reviews...felt confident in what I saw with audio concepts. You'll almost always find one bad review. It's a numbers game. There's always that one person...

Anyhow. Stopped by and got a quote in person. I forget who I dealt with. Sorry. I'm usually good at remembering names. I know he's been at the shop for 20 years. I wanna say it was Chuck. Gave me a very fair quote that was pretty much exactly what i was expecting.

Called a few days later...set up the appointment. They completed the work in the exact timeframe they projected. I wanted to wait a week to see how the tint would settle before I reviewed them. Week and a half later...tint looks great. No bubbles. No issues.

I worked in a shop for years...so i know the culture. Audio concepts was very professional and I am more than pleased...
