Even my husband gave up thinking the screws were stripped and it was a lost cause. Well, Tim fixed it and put the new band on in like 5 minutes and I was so happy! I took my ring and band here to be sized and welded together. Both rings were rose gold with diamonds in them. When I picked them up, the welding and sizing looked good but the ring was silver, the band was still rose gold. I took it back inside and they said they would replate it back to rose gold. I picked it up the second time and they were back to rose gold (darker than original with an orangish tint but I took it anyway). I came home and washed my hands with hand soap and water and all the gold plating came off, back to silver. I took it back. They replated it again and after 1 day of wearing it the plating is wearing off. I will not be returning here. I took in 8 gram 14k they said 10 k rope neckless and 3.5 gram antique white gold ring when I ask how much a gram she said $30 for 14k she was talking penny weight I have lymes disease and I can't thank right she told me it was fair market well I found out fair market in Nashville and Lebanon is $35 a GRAM for 14k that would been $122 and if the rope was just 10k fair market $25 a GRAM that's $200 that is a total of $322 and they gave me $191 and I was sure it was 14k on rope and that would have been 11.5 grams x $35 = $402 someone please tell me how that's fair...
