Abel Gardens — Local services in Cookeville

I live near Sparta and had special ordered a saddle at a local florist, even gave them a pic and 3 weeks notice. When my husband picked it up on the Friday, 3 days before I needed it, and brought it home I was devastated! It looked horrible. So the following day, Saturday, I returned it and headed to Cookeville. I googled florist, and the first one that came up was Abel Gardens and thank God it did. I was able to buy one ready made that, after time and many tears (because my original idea had failed), I love and am truly satisfied with. I'll be returning next year. On one occasion they delivered the wrong flowers and the only solution I was given was to take them back. This time, the flowers were just sad. They did not look like what was pictured. There were just a few roses and they were tiny. The rest of the arrangement was sparse and low quality. The flowers were taken back this time and they added a few more tiny roses. The flowers that were received didn't look like the picture and I paid for more than the basic flowers. When I called I was told they didn't have enough of the correct roses, but never called to ask what I wanted as a substitute.
