I am 39 years old and have seen Missy and her experienced crew since I was in grade school!!! Not only do you get the most experienced professionals but it’s a warm, friendly, welcome environment for anyone who lacks social skills to have great conversation that have NEVER leaves the salon. A Therapy session if needed 🤷. With prices competitive if not more affordable than “Great Clips”, especially if you get hair washed, etc. Small details are just Southern Courtesy many times and your not ran through like a production line at work. If you want “Great Clips” just go to Missy’s students at her school and based off my experience will get the same outcome as them but with better atmosphere and time taken into the details. Just ask; likely do you one better for free tbh. Thank y’all for the 26 years of service. And I write this review based on that “I’ll try here or there” experience and costs!!! As for the “One Star” reviews I seen. Don’t expect “Exactly” like that perfect filtered picture unless Jesus Christ cuts your hair and they have “Always” kept their word by me if I ever spoke up about anything. Honest polite people; but I wouldn’t expect any “Karen’s” to get their way either. Wasn’t there for that $20 more spat. But some people are better off not coming back. To add to my other post; So I went and got my hair fixed by this other women that used to have her own building but now does work out of her house and she’s been doing hair for 20 years!! She talked to me while doing my hair and still did an amazing job. She will continue to get my business, this place will not. Here’s pictures of my hair that looks 100 times better than Missy “Hot kuts”. I don’t ever I mean ever have any issues with anyone I have ever went to cutting my hair and I don’t typically leave reviews like this either. This just comes to show seriously how bad she did. My experience with the lady who fixed my hair said wow she really didn’t know what she was doing. My hair was fixed as exactly the way it was supposed to look. This woman that fixed my hair removed the stupid mushroom and the tail at the back of my head too.

Btw when I said something about it when I was at missy kuts own says “oh it’s supposed to look that way, that’s the hair style”. Are you kidding me??? When I asked the lady that fixed my hair she said no.. it’s not and the fact that I also had hair on the back of my neck that wasn’t shaved off there were patches of hairs. She said that with my hair line on the back of my head, shouldn’t had been cut that short.

After I got my haircut from them; the owner was very fake and was being all “friendly” with me and trying to get to know me. I can be friendly that’s fine. But it was all to “save” her...

Not happy with my hair cut like at all, it was supposed to be this but ended up like this in the first picture. Typically when you are having a conversation with someone they are usually paying attention to what they were doing and she wasn’t and then when she messed up and knew she messed up says “I got scissor happy” when she got the hand mirror and was showing me my hair cut I told them both that I did not like it wasn’t rude about it was very mild tone but I told them that I did not like it. Honestly I thought about walking out and saying I’m not paying for this. I have gotten negative looks and someone said that I looked like I’m gay(like girls at my husbands work when he showed them my haircut) I enjoyed the conversation but I’m so unhappy with this haircut I’ve never hated a haircut so much.
