Was renting a TV, Xbox 1s and a sound system took the tv and sound system back because I was moving out of the dorms for the summer. Then today July 29th I went and was going to rent a tv and sound system because I was moving back into the dorms. I find out that the location I was paying my bill During my summer brake “did not” apply it to my account and have nothing showing I paid it.
They wanted me to pay the “past amount “ before I could get a tv and sound system the GM didn’t even come out the back room the manager kept walking to the back to explain to the GM what was going on. GM told the manager I had to pay before they would do anything so I left the Xbox that I had been paying on for months.
Called the corporate office filed a complaint was told I would get a email about the complaint which I have not got, the regional manager has yet to call.
Called the store back at 6pm because I got a letter in my school mail box saying bring this in and talk to the GM to get past amount taken care of we will work with you. Asked if the GM was there was told no he went to the gym, I’ll call him and see what we can do. I have not got a call back from ANYONE.
I paid all my accounts with this company or took item(s) back before the due date. Now they don’t want to fix what the other store did. Xbox was only @ $50 a month they wouldn’t even put what they say is owed on the backend of the contract to gain more business. Sound system I was going to get today was $70 month , tv was $70month, Xbox was $50. So they will lose more out of not want to correct this in the long run.

I was the only customer there and was ready to spend quite a bit of money on a new bedroom set with mattress. Read moreGreat experience today with this store! I had went online for a washer and dryer set, thinking I could get it delivered the same day... I called when the store opened to see if it would be, I was told they only get deliveries on Tuesdays so that's when I'd get the set... I needed it today! The manager offered to get me a set until tuesday and exchange it once I get my other set delivered.. went into the store ended up liking what they had more than I set I planned on getting to begin with so I decided to go with the on in store... took care of a few signatures and helped load up my washer and dryer! They offered to take care of the online order I had placed so it wouldn't be delivered! Highly recommend...
