I recently had the pleasure of visiting the local YMCA and I must say, the staff there were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos, instantly making me feel welcome and comfortable.

The staff at the YMCA impressed me with their knowledge and expertise. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide me with information about the various programs and offerings available. It was clear that they genuinely cared about helping me find the best fit for my needs and goals.

What stood out to me the most was the level of enthusiasm and passion that the staff members had for their work. They were excited to share their love for fitness and wellness and it was contagious. Their energy and positivity made each interaction enjoyable and inspiring.

Furthermore, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication. They were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that all members were comfortable, safe, and satisfied. The YMCA afterschool teachers at Brandenburg Elementary are wonderful! My son has really enjoyed his time with each one of them and looks forward every day to going to afterschool care. In this day in age it is not always easy feeling comfortable about where you send your kids off to but I have actually not had a single worry about his well being while at YMCA. Between the games, crafts, school work, and peer building I would say they are a 10/10!Really and truly I thank the YMCA afterschool teachers for taking such great care of all of our kids, You have made me and my son feel so much more at ease with this being his first year in elementary school.Hope all of the best to all YMCA teachers and really wish that we would be able to return next school year if we were still living in Irving! The staff at the YMCA afterschool program in Farmers Branch are really good with the kids and my daughter loves it there. She cries if she doesn’t go there. They also give them snacks. Last week when I went early to pick her up because I missed her she told me to give her an hour. She wanted to still play. She does not like it when I come to pick her up early. That alone reassures me that the staff treat her well there.
