Ohm Boutique — Local services in Coral Gables

I was very disappointed in this boutique. They have a beautiful Instagram with many gorgeous pieces. However, these pieces are not worth their very high price tag. These satin joggers (see pictures) have a beautiful print and are very soft, but there were loose threads all over, so the hems were not finished properly. This is before even washing it, I fear it may get worse after washing. There were other pieces that I returned in store because they didn’t fit (not the boutique’s fault at all). I understood that they did not actually issue refunds (which sucks but I accept as something being within their discretion) but I was shocked when they told me to choose between in-store credit or online credit, because the method I chose would not be honored if I chose to shop through the other method. If the credits are the boutique’s, I am not sure why they wouldn’t honor their own credits, regardless of their customers choosing to shop in-store or online or both. I was also disappointed I had to request a receipt of my return to ensure that my store credit was actually going to be issued. I was told my the store associates to simply wait until the store reopened on their next business day and then I should get it. All in all, their Instagram is very beautiful and I will be spending the store credits I get back for my return (if and when I get them), but once I’m done spending those credits I will not be shopping here again. Terrible experience! I ordered two items online and only received one. When I went in person to handle the matter, I was refused a refund, and had no upper management to speak to directly . Store Staff claimed to have video footage of when my package was processed. However, never offered to show footage. I basically had to pay for the same dress again as last resort because I had nothing to wear for Thanksgiving. Recommend to at least never order online from this store again.

To add to this, the email and text message sent were during business hours while I was working (people work, it’s normal). It doesn’t change the fact that the alleged footage was never provided for me to view and not even offered. Again I had no upper management to speak to. When I walked into your store, the “help” I was offered was basically from two teenagers literally eating pizza as I walked in. Of course the dress is still not “found” on my end because it was never received. Unfortunately google does not give me the option to leave zero stars as a review. PSA DO NOT ORDER...

I purchased 3 items online and went to the store to picked them up, upon arriving and looking at the merchandise I realized that a shirt was too small for me and requested an exchange for a bigger size which the store didn’t have as it was sold out (per usual), I requested to have the money of that shirt returned to my card and I was told they don’t do refunds, I never took the merchandise out of the store! I don’t care if you have cute clothes, I refuse to buy from a store that locks clients even when they can’t find anything else cute at your store to spend the money on.
