Sports Grill South Miami — Restaurant in Coral Gables

So here's what happened. Let's just put it hands down the service was amazing I got there the waiters were super friendly very kind and polite. Always making sure if I had been served or if someone had attended me while I waited for my takeout. Amazing service if you call in they will tell you exactly what the flavors are of the wings and even help you choose with recommendations. Super cool sports bar and amazing amount of TVs with different games going on in most of them.

Now here's the problem it's been almost 6 years since I had wings and I asked my cousin who lives in Miami what he could recommend as a good wing place because I'm not a fan of Hooters wings and unfortunately Buffalo wild wings was way too far after they closed one. He said his mates always went to this place not just for the wings but for the sports bar which looked amazing. But what was really troublesome was the wings. First off they were almost inedible when we got home with them. They were super overcooked and absolutely chewy. The sauces were amazing but the wings were terribly cooked. On top of that we ordered mozzarella sticks and fries. The mozzarella sticks came half Frozen still and when we got home the fries were absolutely soggy in the packaging they had put them in (which was double the size needed for the amount of fries they provided. The wings themselves came in smaller packaging that would have been perfect for fries). I like to say I'm a fan of wings and it was probably the most amazing thing that I had while living in the USA but these were just inedible. If they took more Care on how they cook them and made sure not to overcook them they probably would have turned out a lot better because the sauce was amazing.

To round it up I would have to say they were super sweet and kind people but they definitely need to watch when they're cooking orders to make sure that people can enjoy the amazing sauces...

Went on a Friday night with some of my daughters soccer team and parents. Understand it.was.about 23 people to accommodate so they tell us that they will put us outside. Unfortunately it starts raining and a lot of the parents were like we are not sitting out there but it will be fine for the girls to sit there and parents sit inside. Unfortunately now they can't accommodate all the parents in one table. Again it's understandable. So the moms sit in one table and the dad's in another. Our waiter comes and we tell him well you will need to sync up oue daughters orders with ours and the best way we do it is giving the Jersey #. The waiter was like there is no way we can do that. Mind you we go eat at restaurants all the time with the team and other restaurants always do it. He then said he will figure it. Not to our surprise food took an hour. Some of us got our food and some of us didnt. Waiter came by and asks if everything ok and half us don't have our food. And then we get the bill and everyone's was wrong. He had to take each receipt and fix it one at at time. By now it's 11:30pm and he is taking really long with this process. Im the last one to give him my receipt to fix. Everyone is leaving and we are standing there for about an 1/2 hour and when my husband looks he is not fixing our bill but serving other tables. Luckily another waitress came to see why we were just standing there and trys to help out. I tell her my order and what needs to be and she comes back with the same wrong order. By then I lost it and it was no fault of hers but I finally got my bill. Sport Grill needs to have more staff on weekends as Sports teams are going to come. As well train there staff how to handle big parties. I will not be coming here and I know most parents...

First time going was pretty pleasant. That night, I was looking for two things: the NBA Finals and a satisfying amount of wings for a good price!

If you're looking to watch games/fights: They have enough TVs for everyone at the table to have a view, except if you're in the corner booth, against the shop don't windows, facing towards the road. I used the window reflection to watch most of the night, but I couldn't see small fouls or the ball when it wasn't in a player's hands.

If you want good wings: They have an excellent selection of wings! Try their house special and the "Dale" wings! They were AMAZING!

Customer Service: even though the night was pretty packed, they got us a table for 3 pretty quick (within 8 minutes). They brought my sister the wrong order of wings, and she didn't even notice because they were so good. While she's eating the wrong wings, a waiter casually pulled up with an extra set of wings for her as he admitted that her wings were wrong. #FREEWINGS

Atmosphere: Really chill vibe. Nice place to just meet up with friends you haven't seen in a while. (Some guy across the bar flipped out after seeing a friend that he hadn't seen in years.) It's super casual, and in a really scenic neighborhood in you want to simply walk around after.... Like my friends and I did at 1am in the morning. They didn't even mind that we were the last table occupied when the rest of the bar was empty. The employees that finished working were around the bar, having a good time as my friends and I chatted the night away until we chose to leave out...
