I went to get a refill here and the nail tech was very nice and I will not disclose name because she was very kind. My nails looked like this i said a wanted a clear but a clear color that obviously would cover the job she did not make it look like I need a refill again. As you can see there is acrylic powder on my skin that I had to take off with my teeth bc I roticed after she did it incorrectly, My nails are almost all shaped differently and some of them are square when I had expressed that I had coughing and would like to keep it like that, The gel nail polish was not dried for long enough and it is peeling and my nails look horrible. I did notify the front desk and she did give me a discount but I feel embarrassed to ask for anything more. I called the next day and I was told they were going to speak with the owner and would call me the day after I ended up calling today after myself because I never received a call back and I was told that the owner said nothing could be done considering the job was done and they had already given me a discount. Considering the his is a high end salon/spa, My job as a client is to relax and speak on the specifics of the nails not tell the technician how to do her job as I was told that I should have communicated to not do it like that and do it differently. I did express that they didnāt look so good and she said I still have to fix them I didnāt want to be rude because she was very kind and honestly I just wanted to finish and leave because I was there for hours and my nails...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited Bellezza about 3 weeks ago and wasnāt impressed. Iāve been to the old location and the service was something to rave about back then. The lady did a horrible job on my manicure. I specifically said ādo not cut the live cuticleā. She cut them and Iāve had hang nail since. She did a poor job painting them. No massage, no mask. No warm towel for manicure or pedicure. As far as the pedicure is concerned, she cut my skin so deep if I hadnāt known how to properly care for my cuticles I wouldāve gotten an infection. I was sore for 3-4 days. She also used a machine to remove my gel and now my nails donāt stop breaking. Iāve been a nail technician myself for over 10 years so Iām well aware of how a good manicure and pedicure should be done. It was an awful experience. I didnāt want to say anything as I felt bad for the lady and almost wasnāt going to write a post but the damage that was done should be reported. As far as the salon itself, itās very pretty. Front desk didnāt greet me at the entrance and owner had a snobby look on her face. They didnāt offer water or a glass of wine which is what most 5 star salons do. Iāve worked for Myraās, Gloss & Rik Rak and they all do mask, warm towels and offer a beverage. The quality of service is not like it used to be. Dissatisfied and disappointed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFrom the moment you walk into Bellezza Spa, youāre welcomed like family. After searching all over Miami for a true European facial (if you know, you know!), I finally found my go-to sanctuary. The spa is both luxurious and reasonably pricedāa rare combination.
The owner is fantastic, and the entire team radiates warmth and professionalism. Iāve been seeing Margherita for years, and sheās simply the best. Bianca is wonderful too! What really sets Bellezza apart is the supportive, uplifting community among the clients and staff. Itās the kind of place where women freely share tips, advice, and good energy.
One thing I especially appreciate is their curated selection of skincare products. They carry top-tier brands like Sothys, ensuring every treatment feels both indulgent and effective. Whether youāre looking for advanced skincare solutions or simply want to pamper yourself, thereās something for everyone.
Every visit leaves me feeling refreshed, empowered, and genuinely cared for. I canāt overstate how positively life-changing Bellezza Spa has been for me. If youāre looking for a welcoming, high-quality spa experience in Miamiāwith an exceptional product...
