Target — Local services in Coral Springs

my experience at this target was disgraceful. not an employee in sight. i was in the line at guest services for at least an hour until the lady came back. she was managing the line as well as doing pickup orders at the same time. i couldn’t even tell she was an employee as she wasn’t wearing red and had a crop top on. they’re obviously understaffed but won’t even consider me for an interview to work there. i was searching around the store for assistance from an employee for a while but not one to be found- not even at checkout or fitting rooms. anyone could carry out a robbery and no one would notice. the worst part? at least 20 teens came in mobs to the electronics section. i didn’t think anything of it until they started yelling and throwing items around. they even knocked over a few displays, and i’m pretty sure a few of the demonstration electronics were damaged in the process. fed up, i go to the fitting room to call the store and figure out where everyone is. i called the line to guest services about four times and no one answered. i called electronics and the phone was ringing for a while. would you like to know how the conversation went with the person who picked up the phone?

“what?”

“i said is there anyone working here??”

“i have something to tell you..”

“what is it?”

“i don’t actually work here. i'm trying to find someone too.”

yes. a literal teen picked up the phone. i can’t even make this up- i guess everyone in the nearby schools decided to meet up here for the night. it was so hectic i was tempted to call the police. i will definitely never be returning to this place. sorry...

Extremely Disappointing Experience at This Target Location

This is by far the worst Target I’ve visited in all of Broward County. For many, Target is more than just a store—it’s a full shopping experience. Unfortunately, this particular location consistently falls short in several key areas.

To begin with, the front-end staff—who represent the store upon entry and exit—are often incredibly rude, lack a sense of urgency, and show little to no regard for customer service. In my honest opinion, there is also a noticeable lack of respect from some team members. One example is Tameka, a front-end “manager,” whose behavior and attitude are far from what one would expect in a leadership role. It’s baffling that someone with such poor customer service skills holds a managerial position.

Additionally, the store is rarely well-stocked. Even when the Target app indicates that items are available—sometimes showing quantities of 20 or more—staff are often unable to locate a single unit. On most visits, I’ve encountered very few employees who are both knowledgeable and attentive. It’s genuinely disheartening.

What’s even more telling is that other Target locations in the area are aware of the poor service here—and even specific staff members’ reputations.

I’ve tried to overlook my past negative experiences at this store, but things seem to be consistently getting worse. I truly hope Target corporate takes note and addresses the ongoing issues at...

It's a very clean, and well taken care of location.

⛽Target food area is right near walking entrance very close which I like. (Eat and leave) (: Pizza Hut & Starbucks 🍕☕

But if you want to stay for a while and eat or drink. They provide Starbucks & Pizza Hut😋 food next to each other. The sitting and eating indoor area has comfortable atmosphere.

They have a great Target employee's help with my shopping service. I needed help at the electronic area, and electronic Target employee very nice, helpful, and help me find what I was looking for & really awesome headphones they recommended overall great shopping experience.🎧

🦠*Update on the Covid-19 Virus I really appreciate that they're taking the safety precautions very seriously providing areas to dispense hand sanitizer, etc. 20 seconds to take the time aftewards especially where you enter & leave.
