Warning: Don’t Eat or Work Here
This is for Alba.
I used to work at this place, and I feel like I have to speak up—for both potential employees and customers. The manager here is not just unprofessional, but downright careless and manipulative.
First of all, the hygiene is horrible. I’ve seen flies land on food, and when I told the manager, she said, “The customer didn’t see it, so it’s fine.” That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how much they care about the food they’re serving.
As an employee, things were just as bad. The manager was lazy and left most of the work to me, even during busy times. Yet somehow, she had the nerve to call me lazy and accuse me of taking 30-minute breaks—which we didn’t even get! Eventually, she fired me without any real explanation. When I asked why, she admitted I was a good employee but still couldn’t give me a reason. She also lied about a supposed video of me not serving a customer, and when I confronted her, she denied ever mentioning it.
She also refused to give me the owner’s contact information when I wanted to report her behavior. On top of that, she would cut my shifts without letting me make them up, leaving me with less pay. Worst of all, she would leave just two of us—both women—working night shifts alone until 11 p.m., which felt really unsafe.
The work environment was toxic, too. She constantly talked behind employees’ backs and tried to pit us against each other. It’s honestly exhausting working for someone who doesn’t appreciate your hard work and treats you like you’re disposable.
For customers, if this is how they treat employees and handle food behind the scenes, you might want to think twice about eating here. For anyone considering working here, save yourself the stress and find a place where you’ll actually be respected.

Read moreSandwiches are great…when you can get them. Unfortunately, posted hours seem to be merely suggestions, as they’re rarely open at the times that both Google and door signage indicate. Most recently, upon arriving at 8:30pm to a closed store, we called the restaurant, only to be informed that they were closed early because “it takes time to close.” Other times, I’ve come during posted business hours, to be greeted by [misspelled] handwritten signs that state an early closing, though hours before scheduled. If you don’t want to run your business, don’t open a business. At the very least, if you don’t care to make money, stop wasting potential customers’ time when there are other Subways in the area who are happy to take...

When I finally made her aware that I wasn’t pleased with the way I was being treated she balled my sub up like a piece of paper (believe it or not ! ) & asked me to leave . I was shocked... & didn’t think I had to leave because I did nothing wrong.... she ended up calling the police DO NOT EAT HERE. This is a locally owned subway & the employees DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS simply because they can not be reported to corporate. THE WORST I cried because I couldn’t believe the unfairness before my eyes ! I never leave reviews but...
