Today I was in that store and there was a gentleman by the name of J at the register chatting it up with another person named Francesca! I waited about two minutes without acknowledgment until I said “hi, I am ready to pay!”. Francesca looked at j and rolled their eyes as if I was asking for too much! J comes up to ring me up and Francesca never put my croissants in the oven and left! It almost seemed like she purposefully did that because I also had cake pops and she never gave them to me, but the customer before me got them right away! After waiting for about 5 minutes I asked another sweet person that was there for my food (gave me everything right away), J turns around, while ringing up customers, and says “she is impatient”! Read moreI’m really disappointed with this Starbucks location. There’s a short-haired male employee who, for the second time, has refused to make a specific drink that’s clearly on the menu. He keeps making excuses or saying he “can’t” prepare it, while other staff members never have an issue with it. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and reflects really poorly on the store. If a drink is available on the menu, customers should be able to order it — no excuses. Definitely reconsidering...
