Crafty Crab Coral Springs — Restaurant in Coral Springs

I forgot to take more photos after ordering our first time but did manage to snap this Catfish Basket and O-Rings. 11.99 - Catfish was seasoned and (4) decent sized fillets and side. Good Value for this area.

We also had the pound of Headless Shrimp which were P&D and Delicious. 18.99 - Our order had 23-24 nice sized Shrimp in Medium Boom Sauce. I love spice and medium got my attention. Wife had some sweat going but kept pushing through. We threw in an order of hushpuppies to go along with the potatoes and corn to help cut through the richness of the sauce.

I am chef and hate paying for seafood out like this but after we got our food home and devoured it, I felt like the meal was a good value and quality. We fed us two and our adult daughter and had leftovers. Oh yeah, we added a 1/2 LB of sausage for a reasonable 4.99 which helped the value even more. Always throw in a side of sauce so you can dip everything in it. 3.00

Our oldest flew in from Texas last night and we just ordered a pound of headless shrimp boil with extra sausage, corn and potatoes in it. We also ordered a pound of King Crab Legs after calling up to the restaurant and the gentleman advised it was two legs in a pound. If they are decent sized legs, this will be a great value as well. Some hushpups, coleslaw, catfish and eggs thrown in and we should have ourselves a Crafty freaking Feast. Drinks at home for the savings and Peace Out. I’ve been to multiple locations but the Crafty Crabs in Coral Springs out shines the others by far. The food at each locations are incredible no doubt but the service, comfort and ambience of the Coral Sprints location was just impeccable! My friends and I had a server, David! Very polite, got us a table in seconds of walking through the door, took our orders and was genuinely sweet and attentive. In the matter of minutes our food was out but the most surprising thing that he did was take all 4 of our orders, by memory, repeated back to us on point and delivered without a hiccup! Now many will say “Eh I could do that!” But if you’re truly crafty crab goers you’d know that putting together a boil of your choice/preference of what you’d like in it or what you may not like isn’t easy and you have the menu right in front of you and would pause because you forgot what it was or hesitated waiting for the item to pop up. Service was quick, the food was exceptional and the employees there besides David were also awesome! This location is a hour and 20 from where I live but I will be making that drive back to Crafty Crabs in Coral Springs every time now. Might just call ahead of time to see if David is...

I recently just left from crafty crab at 1:40pm on November 20th and Im honestly disturbed to its finest. I’m very upset and baffled. As I being a customer! I am entitled to have anything in the restaurant to my preference or liking if I’m buying. I ordered a Pina Colada and I did ask for it to be icy (made with extra ice) when I received my drink it was water down and bitter. I proceeded to let my waiter know and she was very gentle. Very kind woman, but the guy Matthew that made the drink, he had a harsh attitude towards the situation. Making commentary comments such as “ it’s not sweetness.. how sweet does she want it”.. he mumbled that.. and snatched the drink out of the women’s hand (my waiter) he then began to speak in his Language and at that point i felt extreme discomfort. Not only are you remaking my drink upset , I have food that is waiting to come out next. I honestly feel he was upset because he had to work. When I walked in he was on his phone, when he got done making the drink! He returned to be on his phone. Matthew really did a great job at making me feel uncomfortable.
