Absolutely horrible service. I understand there are staffing issues everywhere right now, however, the employees here are just careless. We came in shortly before 7, and placed our order at the kiosk, paid and proceeded to sit down and wait for our food. 15 minutes go by and we still haven't seen an employee to get our cups for our drinks, my fiancé stands at the counter and an employee comes up and my fiancé tells him that we haven't received anything yet. He hands him the cups and tells us the food will be ready shortly. Meanwhile, a door dash driver came in and showed the order he was waiting on as well. 15 more minutes go by, and our food nor the dashers orders are given to us. Another customer who had come in a while after us was called up and told their food was ready to dine in...drive thru was moving as well. My fiancé asked if there was an issue with our order and wanted to know why we hadn't gotten it yet, the employee (who had just come back in from going outside for 10-15 minutes) proceeds to tell him that there are only 2 employees working and he doesn't see our order on the screen so we probably didn't complete payment. My fiancé showed him the receipt on his phone and what we had ordered and the guy continued to claim no staff and he doesn't see the order so he can't make it. The dasher as well jumped in and started that he had been waiting a while And that he hadn't received the order he was waiting on..the employee proceeded to claim "no staff". We asked him why don't they close the dining room off then and only do drive thru to help themselves out and then we would have known. As we're talking to this employee, 2 more employees are now standing there as well...(he told us only 2 workers tonight??) I asked him to give us our money back and we will go somewhere else, he tried to tell us that he couldn't because he didn't see our order on the screen, we told him we have the receipt and just want a refund, Jasmine (an employee who came from nowhere and is apparently a manager? Couldn't tell as she wasn't handling anything as a manager should) came up and rerang our entire order and then had to go back in and manually return the items.

Read moreReally thought they were coming back after their down hill slide during Covid. Guess I was wrong. I’ve tried 3x lately and had problems all 3. First time food was fine but when I got to the window, not a sole behind me, I told the guy at the window I forgot to ask for a side of sour cream could he please add it. He said I would have go back through the drive thru and order it. Second time half my order was wrong and my tacos were literally all lettuce with a spoonful of meat. Tonight I’m in a hurry and went through really quick. Half way down the road I pull out my Crunchwrap and it has no meat! None! How do you forget the meat?! Already late and half way down the road so I called to ask if they can refund my card since I ordered on the app. The lady was rude immediately. Didn’t even bother apologizing and told me to bring it back with the receipt. I told her I couldn’t bring it back tonight and she said to bring it tomorrow then. Yea just want I want to do is keep stinky tacobell in my car while I’m doing what I need to the rest of the night, put it then fridge when I get home, put it back in the car tomorrow and drive it around some more until i get a break to take it back to Taco Bell. Read moreI frequent Taco Bells quite often, and have experienced them across several states. This isn't the worst one I've been to, and I will still come back just due to being the only one in my general area - but 50% of the time I come away with a sub-par experience. Not sure if it's the management or lack thereof, but this place doesn't seem to have it together half of the time. The employees here don't seem to generally care about upholding the Taco Bell standards of operation and efficiency. After around 15+ visits here, both for drive-thru and dine-in I've experienced: over 20 minute wait in drive-thru, with system issues (seems to be re-occurring theme here). Being given the wrong person's order in the drive-thru and only discovering it later. In-store being randomly closed with doors locked, discovered after placing a mobile order for in-store pickup, which they claim they never received after having to go through the drive-thru. Multiple times messing up an order customization (usually completely ignoring modifications even if it stated it on the order details) Being unable to place mobile orders, or placing them and then waiting in store until having to ask someone where my order is which they then start to make it (after...
