Dalia's Skin Boutique — Local services in Corona

I treated my girlfriend and I to a facial after hearing she wanted to get one. I decided to check out Dalia’s Skin Boutique at Phenix Suites and Saloons from a referral from a friend. The boutique is located to the right of the suites and conveniently located near the bathroom. There are benches to wait before your appointment.

When inside, you have a chair to the left and a table where Dalia performs the facial. This was my first facial so I was excited and nervous. Not to be self conscious but I was concerned how my face was going to react to the treatment.

Dalia is so nice and explained the procedure very thoroughly. She mentioned she opened the boutique a few months ago but she use to work at Beverly Hills and traveled to Dubai to work there. I felt comfortable that she had over 10 years of experience. My dry face was in good hands.

She asked me to take my shirt, glasses and watch off before the procedure. I then laid underneath the sheets where she first performed a steam treatment. The steam was so soothing. She then used a solution to clean my face. The solution helped loosen and get rid of the superficial layer of dirt. She then used this suction thing around my face to help clean my face further. The process reminded me of when you shampoo your carpet. I imagined all that dirt, oil and dead skin getting sucked out of my pores.

She then went to town on my nose to clear all the black heads. She said that my face wasn’t too bad and that other clients had a more invasive cleaning done because of their acne. The next step was she used a acid blend on my face. This step burned. It wasn’t too bad but I started to panic when I felt it burning. My mom received a facial and her face was red. I didn’t want that to happen to me but Dalia said that the burning sensation was normal. She fanned my face and it help cooled down the burning sensation. The process wasn’t too bad so I asked her to do it again.

After that she used a lavender and eucalyptus solution on my face. The aromatic scent was so relaxing. She applied this aloe vera cream and that was so amazing. I felt that my skin absorbed the cream after the exfoliating process. It was so refreshing. The final step was she gave my arms, shoulder, neck and face a massage. She has a really delicate touch. I can see why other clients of her would knock out during the procedure.

Overall, I would highly recommend coming here. My facial took close to a hour. More than my girlfriend since my skin needed more work. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely come again. I can understand why my girlfriend gets a facial regularly. I guess she will have another person coming with her...

I had such a great experience with Dalia!

Prior to going in for my facial, I asked for a little bit of her background/experience because I am very careful with who I let touch my skin. Dalia shared that she worked under a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills for over five years, so she has a ton of experience under her belt. She actually started her own boutique because she wanted to have more control over the ways in which she is able to help others with their skin.

When you first arrive, she will talk to you about your skin concerns/goals to get an understanding of what you want to get out of your facial treatment. You'll then lay down so that she can perform a skin analysis to see what's really going on with your skin. For me, she started with a cleanse, then exfoliated, performed extractions, a chemical peel, scalp and neck massage, high frequency light stim to help with breakouts, a sulfur mask, and finished with a nice moisturizer and SPF. We both decided that it was a good idea to skip out on the microdermabrasion because my skin would be a little too sensitive, but it is an option that she offers.

Her suite was very clean and she uses high-end products like ZO Skin by Zein Obagi.

I recommend you to come see Dalia if you are suffering with any skin problem, she's amazing. I have been suffering with bad skin for a while as a matter of fact for a long time. Upon arrival on my first visit Dalia she made me feel so welcoming and made me feel confident that my skin problem had a solution. Let me tell you after my first visit l was able to see the difference on my skin, from clearing up to not having some much saturation.
